I BELIEVE THE LADY IN THE PICTURE IS OUR REPRESENTATIVE FROM NMU, SO WHY COULDN'T SHE DRESS IN HER FORMAL UNIFORM? HOW CAN U TIE WRAPPER AND BLOUSE TO SUCH AN OUTING?!!! TRADITIONAL ATTIRES ARE NOT WORK CLOTHES!!!!!!!
