DeleteI get your point, but it will take forever for afro hair to be seen as beautiful. Colonization messed up Africa, societal inferiority complex will always be there. Leave hair first, how many of us will pick made in Aba goods over imported? How many will choose to vacation in calabar over dubai, or give up a chance to school abroad for uniport? Plus we are not progressing in anyway, it's difficult to be patriotic. My son watches Olympics and cheers for USA and Canada cos those are the countries winning all the medals. Where is Nigeria, he asks. So the love for Brazilian hair is just a by product of the mess that already exists.
