Saturday Breakfast......

Gather here for a selfie if you dont know what to eat this Morning............or if you have already eaten










For Now I will settle foe peppermint tea with honey or hot chocolate with some skimmed milk....chei!


Does anyone here baking their own bread at home?I plan to bake later but for now let me manage the tea options.

How does one bak bread like this?Any quick tips aside from google?

    If you are asked to stop eating fries, is fried eggs part of fries?

    1. You should avoid eggs or eat only the albumen (white part). Avoid anything fried,eat oats(even swallow), vegetables and lots of fruits, reduce palm oil as well. All these will help you reduce your cholesterol levels.

  4. My husband travelled to enugu yesterday and bought abacha, anu nchi and palm wine for me. I froze it yesterday. I'm eating it now as I'm typing and downloading with my chilled palmie.... Life is good

    5. Amanda...there's good palmwine from Udi. Aneke Achime and Udi n'Eke Udi but the main strong one is from Emene called Obiri Dike Aka n'Ana. It knocks you off completely.
      If you're breastfeeding, you will need to pad up wella.

  11. Hmmm yummy. I want.

    Tips? Sift all your "Drys" together.
    Salt, flour, nutmeg, milk powder if any to allow air blow out so your mould will be fluffy.
    2. Keep your butter at room temperature for 2 hours before using. It won't trap air.
    3. Dab the top with mix of honey and vanilla extract before baking.

    I'm cooking ukwa, ready. About to fry diced and peppered? 4 types of potatoes. We received food baskets this week. Na pineapples smell pass. Choi.

    Thereafter I start juicing chunks of fruits. They must not waste.
