Good Morn and Happy Christmas Eve to you!........

Anyone who has been following me or knows me personally knows that i am Jollof rice struck...LOL
I got an instagram invite telling me they could teach me how to cook Jollof rice for a fee.....I should pay for what i wont taste abi wetin?Abeg No oh!

Someone commented on this Blog on a post two days ago that they are surprised that i grew up in Nigeria and I am proud to be announcing up and down that i cannot cook, that they are ashamed for me..........Whoever dropped that eh,your stupidity has no cure...I should be ashamed that i cannot cook and should shut up?Did anyone complain to you?Has God said he wont Bless me cos of that?Fortunate for me, I am not married to the kind of man who slaves his wife in the kitchen to cook or leave................I am sure that is your condition?

I cannot cook,i had a third class,I am beautiful,i don't pay house rent,i eat what i want,I have all i need, living the good life......WHAT ELSE DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND?I don't need to be perfect like you!!!.....I am not the kind of person anyone can bully,it just doesn't work,if you try to stop me,i step on the accelerator and do it double....Stay on your lane and dont come insulting me or anyone and if you must, then stay away until your mind is renewed.*tongue click*

If you have any advert send it in,otherwise it will be posted on Thursday which will be the next in house news after today.....

Stay in the Christmas spirit of love but dont let anyone try to take away your Joy...DONT LET THEM!!!

Kisses!

  7. Good morning lovelies 😘😘

As the curtains draw on 2018, here are 18 great lessons it taught.....

    1. You are not indispensable...you are not the centre of the world. Everything can/will go on without you!

    2. Do not look down on anyone, never ever...status changes within a twinkle of an eye!

    3. Only God gives true joy, not a fat bank account or anything else you hold dear.

    4. There is nothing as wonderful as having your own business. Yup!

    5. Never stop evolving and learning. Keep up with the trends in your line of work/business...don't be stagnant!

    6. Do not make promises you won't fulfil. And then, Apologize when you fail to fulfil them.

    7. Dance, sing in the shower, record precious moments...live in the moments.

    8. Eat Pizza, take Cold stone, visit the cinemas, parks, retreats, shop, travel, spend time with loved ones, have FUN and stop being BORING!!!

    9. Be involved, get more involved...Do not just watch things happen.

    10. Do Good, always!...Be kind and do not expect it in return...

    11. Do not envy others, as no one has got it all figured out or has a perfect life.

    12. Be diligent in whatever it is you are doing, you will stand before kings! You sure will!

    13. Don't always assume or jump into conclusions...ask questions for clarifications.

    14. Always give when you can. There is more joy in being a giver than a receiver, plus the more you give, the more blessed you are.

    15. People will always disappoint you, not all your plans will turn out as desired but CELEBRATE others...Let them know you love them, especially now that they are around.

    16. Support/Encourage that friend's 'authentic' small business by patronizing them, by referring them and in whatever way you can.

    17. Save!!! You already know this.

    18. Let people know what you stand for. Are you living for Jesus or you are just one way in, one way out?

    COPIED

There are usually plenty vacancies in January, a young single man like you have great job prospects, apply for jobs in other states too, you are a man, you can squat anywhere if you get employed before you rent your own apartment in the new state.

Recently, A school in Imo state even advertised for several positions, a company in Enugu too. Yet you refused to get a job. You sit down in that Owerri or whatever and lament everyday. Leave the town and relocate, mba, learn a skill or go and do apprentice like your fellow guys, mba . I blame people that pity you

  30. Merry Xmas to everyone. Cynthia of Cynhams cake Abuja. Hope you fine? You appeared in my thoughts last night. I'm officially 6 years on this blog. A friend of mine introduced me to this blog in 2012. Though I didn't start with this nomenclature, the bond here has been amazing. We lost Oluyomi along the line May she continue to RIP. God has continued to keep us in good health and has been fighting our unseen battles. I really appreciate everyone of you. Stella you have been so amazing, what thrills me most is the way you respond to your mails. Keep up the good work... May 2019 be a year of restoration and revival in all spheres of our lives. Peace!!!

  33. Few hours to Christmas, yeah!
I'm so excited, I don't know maybe it's because I will be wearing a new dress on Christmas day after many years. A dress made by me. Lol

As an adult, I buy new clothes at different times in the year so I really did not put much thought to new clothes on Christmas day before now. I had to change my perspective this year because of my new profession. Come and see mothers begging on their knees to finish up their Christmas dresses before 25th so they can rock it on that day. These are people who even had new dresses made about a month ago o. I decided to make myself one too and that is what I will be doing from now on.
Let me go back to work. I pray we don't recieve correct beating in the shop from aggrieved customers today. Lol

  36. Another beautiful day! These kids woke me up, coming to rang my door bell this cold early morning with their Christos Genate! They ran away when I was trying to open the door so that I could gift them some coins.

I believe more will be coming within the next few days to ring my door bell again.

I am grateful to God, it just feels like a normal day.
I need to start making new friends, I just hate being lonely especially during festive periods.

Nobody should shame you Stella for not knowing how to cook. You are even trying because I have seen some of your food posts, they look quite presentable.... With few more efforts, you will be great.
And for the jollof rice, you don't need to pay to learn.
You can actually learn from some BVs that you are familiar with in Germany.
    There is party jollof
There is house jollof and there is concoction jollof, whichever one you choose to learn to cook is very easy. But, they all need tactics and secret recipes.

I wish you all a peaceful holiday season and those in the village, enjoy your stay.

  39. Oh Lamiee. In response to your enquiry on the scary post about MFM. I will advice you to go with public transport. Take a bus going to Magboro, Ibafo or Mowe route, drop at MFM. Cross to the camp ground, please look out before crossing.
I want to believe that you are going there for deliverance. To make your stay worthwhile , get a room and prepare to stay for 2 or 3 days maximum. You are expected to do dry fast , no food for those days. Prepare yourself. Come along with a flask to keep warm water, that is what you will be drinking to gain strength.
Also, remove all artificial stuff, braids, Peruvian , Malaysian weave. No jewellery, no make up. Come as God created.
Please note, focus on your focus. This means mind your business. You are there for personal deliverance . If you want to watch African magic, stay at home and tune your dstv to the appropriate channel . You will see all sorts of things, focus on the reason you came there. Tune all your channels to God.
May God meet with you in a special way. God bless you.

  42. Stella, when people bring in their adverts, I believe its for patronage. They need BVs to patronize them
I saw an advert from someone who says she does cakes etc. I put a call to her. I asked if she could deliver at my location which is not too far from hers, she said yes. We agreed on a date. she told me her price which was OK by me.
I waited for this delivery in futility. she has not even contacted me ever since. And I begin to wonder if they are serious at all.
Not that I don't know other bakers, just wanted to patronize her as BV in the spirit of sisterhood.
This disappointment is making me think if they truly need patronage from BVs. I know it may not be applicable to all. But this was totally wrong for the lady not to keep to the promise of delivery as a first time customer.
Who has time to go through adverts again? Or be running around to patronize invisible person. If she is reading this, she knows herself.

    Unserious business people!!!!

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Did you pay her for the cake, from this your narrative, it's seems you proposed payment on delivery, she doesn't want to risk it, notwithstanding, she should have declined if is not convenient for her😎😎😎

  44. Cooking...as necessity for "nigerian marriage"? Hahahaaaa...Lol!
No wonder the majority of the nigerian men's brain cells is fried up! Ndi ara!
Once they see any woman or girl, they'll start conjuring up all those slavery & servitude ideas for her. Thus ignoring what else that matters the most in a successful relationship or marriage partnership other than cooking or to have sex & etc. Many pathetic, broke, loosers & unfortunate Nigerian men today would not be in their bad situations today or right now if they had a different mindset or "civilized attitude" towards the women they met in their lives.

I pray to to God that I don't physically waste some one's life as my anger trigger levels with nuisance or the slightest nonsense is at the highest.
Not just only Nigerians..oh. I'm irritated by any race or gender of human beings.
In the past year I can't even remember how many people I've trashed severely from the slightest misbehavior or offensive behaviour near me.
I bottled up huge anger for long & always faked a nice smile & warm attitude, but deep down in my heart I'm looking for bloooood now!!!

They have new clothes and shoes, I bought a fine material and gave to tailor to sew for them and then bought shoes. They are so excited even when I failed to fulfil one of the things I promised them before their exams.
I promised to take them to see father Christmas before, but now no more cash for that, thank God they don't bother me for it except the youngest one Lols. That one doesn't forget something o. I was even reminded this morning. Hahaha. Next year, by God's special grace, I will take them to see father Christmas.
