Good Morn and Happy Christmas Eve to you!........
Anyone who has been following me or knows me personally knows that i am Jollof rice struck...LOL
I got an instagram invite telling me they could teach me how to cook Jollof rice for a fee.....I should pay for what i wont taste abi wetin?Abeg No oh!
Someone commented on this Blog on a post two days ago that they are surprised that i grew up in Nigeria and I am proud to be announcing up and down that i cannot cook, that they are ashamed for me..........Whoever dropped that eh,your stupidity has no cure...I should be ashamed that i cannot cook and should shut up?Did anyone complain to you?Has God said he wont Bless me cos of that?Fortunate for me, I am not married to the kind of man who slaves his wife in the kitchen to cook or leave................I am sure that is your condition?
I cannot cook,i had a third class,I am beautiful,i don't pay house rent,i eat what i want,I have all i need, living the good life......WHAT ELSE DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND?I don't need to be perfect like you!!!.....I am not the kind of person anyone can bully,it just doesn't work,if you try to stop me,i step on the accelerator and do it double....Stay on your lane and dont come insulting me or anyone and if you must, then stay away until your mind is renewed.*tongue click*
If you have any advert send it in,otherwise it will be posted on Thursday which will be the next in house news after today.....
Stay in the Christmas spirit of love but dont let anyone try to take away your Joy...DONT LET THEM!!!
Kisses!

Yours is the ultimate 11th hour miracle. The one that makes you step on your accelarator in the new year. Ojibijibijibi π♀️π♀️ infact, i was so excited that I did not even work again π€£π€£ i joined bad gang and started having vodka in the office. I was like: "Is this how something used to happen?" π€·♀️

@09:04 oh yes I used to type my hot SP comments a night before and I know one or two other people on here who do it. Ehen?? Is it a big deal?
DeleteAnon 9.04, that's definitely NOT a shade. If you use puffin, you will understand what she is saying. I actually was typing a comment then puffin ruined it all so erased everything and now typed this. So, I understand her. No shade meant, no shade gotten. Thank you π.
DeleteMadam Nnuku. Sometimes, I'm forced to type somewhere else copy and paste. That's why I dont reply as such. Many times I get hooked halfway ans just give up πππ. And when I go back to correct, the cursor never returns π so I'm stuck with my error π....
Merry Christmas you all. I love you πππππ. Have a beautiful one.

ReplyDeleteGood morning lovelies ππ
ReplyDeleteAs the curtains draw on 2018, here are 18 great lessons it taught.....
1. You are not indispensable...you are not the centre of the world. Everything can/will go on without you!
2. Do not look down on anyone, never ever...status changes within a twinkle of an eye!
3. Only God gives true joy, not a fat bank account or anything else you hold dear.
4. There is nothing as wonderful as having your own business. Yup!
5. Never stop evolving and learning. Keep up with the trends in your line of work/business...don't be stagnant!
6. Do not make promises you won't fulfil. And then, Apologize when you fail to fulfil them.
7. Dance, sing in the shower, record precious moments...live in the moments.
8. Eat Pizza, take Cold stone, visit the cinemas, parks, retreats, shop, travel, spend time with loved ones, have FUN and stop being BORING!!!
9. Be involved, get more involved...Do not just watch things happen.
10. Do Good, always!...Be kind and do not expect it in return...
11. Do not envy others, as no one has got it all figured out or has a perfect life.
12. Be diligent in whatever it is you are doing, you will stand before kings! You sure will!
13. Don't always assume or jump into conclusions...ask questions for clarifications.
14. Always give when you can. There is more joy in being a giver than a receiver, plus the more you give, the more blessed you are.
15. People will always disappoint you, not all your plans will turn out as desired but CELEBRATE others...Let them know you love them, especially now that they are around.
16. Support/Encourage that friend's 'authentic' small business by patronizing them, by referring them and in whatever way you can.
17. Save!!! You already know this.
18. Let people know what you stand for. Are you living for Jesus or you are just one way in, one way out?

Someone that is too proud to apply for giveaway, you are here saying they should give him. Did you see him apply anywhere? Even business giveaway, he will not apply. I am Super Grateful Lord...
Am in Nigeria and i am a terrible cook

DeleteHaha ladybug you are still around? See your customers under Beloved comment, oya go and megie them ife
DeleteLady bug just pray that they pick Momma ella for the 5k giveaway, If not you are in soup Hahahahahaha
DeleteI'm marrying a girl that doesnt know how to cook, but the way i love her eh, i dont even mind.... ive taken it that no one gets it all in marriage u must compromise, if thats her own im ok, we buy soup & stew and put in fridge, she can boil rice n make eba, we're good, shes willing to learn sha, but for now, if she attempts cooking stew or soup, na vomit get you
ReplyDeleteYou are a good man but she can go for a one month culinary training and it would make a huge difference.
DeleteAwwww, God bless you for loving her with her flaws.... Please send her to a catering school.
DeleteGod bless your union.
If not that you put "buy soup", I would have taught my baby dropped this comment. my soup dey okay o but my boyfriend taught me how to prepare some food, including pap sef.
Delete*thought
Deleteπππππππππ
DeleteHahahahaha@na vomit get you.
DeleteTrust me I would take not knowing how to cook, to having someone honest, loyal and loving.
It's a skill.
She can learn the basics.
If you can teach her all the better.
If both of you are olodos in the kitchen, there are always solutions.
Keep outside people with mosquito mouths outta your business.
You can actually help her by bringing someone to teach her the basics.
DeleteMy younger brother learned how to cook because, he always had food poisoning whenever he eats outside.
For some people, knowing how to cook is very important and to some is not.
You are kind. She will learn, just look for someone to teach her the basis. I wish you both the very best.
Deleteπππππ
DeleteCompliments of the season All.
ReplyDeleteStella, leave Nigerians to their silliness. I don’t know how to cook or like to cook too except for the easy things like indomie, rice etc. I wonder who would marry me ππΎ♀️ now since some people believe cooking skills is a criteria for marriage mschewwwwwww. Still collecting Christmas gifts biko.
Good cooking skills is not a criteria for marriage but it can help you not to go hungry.
DeleteA lot of women here starts learning to cook late because, they later realize its importance.
It is very important to know what you put in your mouth.
I won't bother my future wife with cooking because I know how to cook.
DeleteMs. A, I promise you unsolicited advice is something I do not like. If I wanted to learn I would have and I’m surrounded by people who know how to cook, I just do not want to learn and I have never gone to bed hungry in my life.
DeletePeople who employ chefs do not have two heads, thanks but no thanks.
*coughs. Make I face front.
DeleteIkwawawawawawawawawawawawawa
Solicitors General
What is unsolicited advice? This is a blog and ANYONE can comment on your comment, yup. If you don't want to hear other people's views then don't comment. Eod.
DeleteDoppl what did MrsA say thats makin ur blood hot this harmattan? Abeg keep shut! Ure a terrible human being even worse than ur cooking
DeleteLol suddenly anons are interested in my response, lol again.
DeleteI had to check my first comment to see if I put a question mark there but saw none and I repeat, I didn’t mention I was seeking to learn how to cook. My blood is always hot, say something I don’t already know. This is a blog, oh I actually forgot I thought it was my bedroom. Cry me a river! ASUU pease resume so these kids can go learn how to spell.
As in ehn. Doppelganger, ur response was unwarranted
DeleteEka Joy, coming from you this is rich but your input has been noted and trashed. Compliments of the season π.
DeleteJust keep quiet, everyone can't be wrong and you are the one who is right. The response was uncalled for, simple. Carry your aggression elsewhere please.
DeleteAnd how does learning how to spell have anything to do with the comments? Duh
Something is wrong with you doppelganger upstairs. what did Ms A say to warrant This rubbish from you. You're just pained that you don't know how to cook even though you don't want to admit it. There's no crime in not knowing how to cook. just respect yourself.
DeleteDoppelganger, Ms A, Eka Joy, three angry birds, all of una fit una selves
Deletealways knew doppel was rude.
DeleteBdw, it's quite riduculous how you would expect to burden other people about what you would put it in our mouth EVERYDAY.. Quite Ridiculous!
Where does independence come in, if you can't even take care of yourself for yourself, which includes cooking??
"Unsolicited advice" indeed!
Morning lovelies, issa very cold day, preparations left ,right, centre for my landlord place,we dye there this Xmas,do ve a lovely day and merry Xmas in advance
ReplyDeleteGood morning everyone
ReplyDeleteChristmas is tomorrow, thank you Jesus
Good morning One Big and Happy Family, hope we all had a good weekend?
ReplyDeleteNawa for NEPA o we have not seen light in my area for more than one week now, and today is 24th and tomorrow 25th,this country tire me I swear, my biggest Prayer for 2019 is JOB JOB JOB oluwa please answer my prayers, just imagine at my age I can't even buy rice, clothes or even
foodstuffs for my poor parents and little siblings in the village, if I travel on the 29th,how do I even explain it to my parents and siblings, that your first son cant provide for you guys. Thank God I have a very understanding Parents and siblings π’
Have a nice day guys one love
Must you travel? Why not make use of this opportunity to get a Job, this period there is a lot of vacancy.. You won't die o! If you don't travel this year...
DeleteThat money you want to use to travel, can't you send it to your parents, what's the use of you travel and can't provide, set you priority right!πππππ
DeleteIt is well bro. I decree into your life before the middle of January 2019 you will get a good job in Jesus name.
DeleteWhy not send them the money you want to use and travel? Cos transportation to the east now is way above 15k
DeleteTell them you won't be able to come home this year because of the hardship, then send the money you wanted to use for transport to them and beg them to manage it. That is the wise thing to do instead of going there empty handed.
DeleteThere are usually plenty vacancies in January, a young single man like you have great job prospects, apply for jobs in other states too, you are a man, you can squat anywhere if you get employed before you rent your own apartment in the new state.
You must be a very lazy Igbo guy to still be crying of joblessness since 2015. Jobs have been advertised here located in Owerri and other parts of the East. Recently, A school in Imo state even advertised for several positions, a company in Enugu too. Yet you refused to get a job. You sit down in that Owerri or whatever and lament everyday. Leave the town and relocate, mba, learn a skill or go and do apprentice like your fellow guys, mba . I blame people that pity you
DeleteI want to say a BIG thank you to Jostified mom. She sent me fresh vegetables all the way from Jos. Christmas came early for me. I really appreciate you.
ReplyDeleteYou people should patronize her. I've bought things from her before. She has good customer service.
All I would like to do tomorrow is move from house to house eating Christmas rice but unfortunately I can't.

Hahaha sorry o, I hope they deliver early enough but for next time when you don’t need hair urgently just use AliExpress. I did same for the first time this year and it cost me less for good quality.

A friend of mine introduced me to this blog in 2012. Though I didn't start with this nomenclature, the bond here has been amazing. We lost Oluyomi along the line May she continue to RIP. God has continued to keep us in good health and has been fighting our unseen battles. I really appreciate everyone of you. Stella you have been so amazing, what thrills me most is the way you respond to your mails. Keep up the good work... May 2019 be a year of restoration and revival in all spheres of our lives. Peace!!!

DeleteLovely morning to you wonderful BVS and Stellakoko.
ReplyDeleteHave a blissful day.
And you too
DeleteGood morning and a beautiful Christmas Eve to us all.
ReplyDeleteFew hours to Christmas, yeah!
ReplyDeleteI'm so excited, I don't know maybe it's because I will be wearing a new dress on Christmas day after many years. A dress made by me. Lol
As an adult, I buy new clothes at different times in the year so I really did not put much thought to new clothes on Christmas day before now. I had to change my perspective this year because of my new profession. Come and see mothers begging on their knees to finish up their Christmas dresses before 25th so they can rock it on that day. These are people who even had new dresses made about a month ago o. I decided to make myself one too and that is what I will be doing from now on.
Let me go back to work. I pray we don't recieve correct beating in the shop from aggrieved customers today. Lol
If I want to sew any cloth sef, it will be after Christmas. This season is when tailors become Amaka.
DeleteChristmas Eve. Forever grateful Lord
ReplyDeleteHappy Christmas Stella and her bambinos,BVS may you celebrate in good health,to those ttc this remaining days will be a blessing.
ReplyDeleteAnother beautiful day! These kids woke me up, coming to rang my door bell this cold early morning with their Christos Genate! They ran away when I was trying to open the door so that I could gift them some coins.
ReplyDeleteI believe more will be coming within the next few days to ring my door bell again.
I am grateful to God, it just feels like a normal day.
I need to start making new friends, I just hate being lonely especially during festive periods.
Nobody should shame you Stella for not knowing how to cook. You are even trying because I have seen some of your food posts, they look quite presentable.... With few more efforts, you will be great.
And for the jollof rice, you don't need to pay to learn.
You can actually learn from some BVs that you are familiar with in Germany.
There is party jollof
There is house jollof and there is concoction jollof, whichever one you choose to learn to cook is very easy. But, they all need tactics and secret recipes.
I wish you all a peaceful holiday season and those in the village, enjoy your stay.
ππππ
DeleteMerry Christmas Mrs. Sharon πππ
DeleteStella nwayo oo.
ReplyDeleteGood Morning,Merry Christmas to everyone.
DeleteGrateful for life.
Still pondering on what to cook on christmas..
ReplyDeleteAway from rice, make pounded yam and egusi soup with goat meat and assorted pronounced with dry fish and penlty dry prawns ππππ
DeleteOh Lamiee. In response to your enquiry on the scary post about MFM. I will advice you to go with public transport. Take a bus going to Magboro, Ibafo or Mowe route, drop at MFM. Cross to the camp ground, please look out before crossing.
ReplyDeleteI want to believe that you are going there for deliverance. To make your stay worthwhile , get a room and prepare to stay for 2 or 3 days maximum. You are expected to do dry fast , no food for those days. Prepare yourself. Come along with a flask to keep warm water, that is what you will be drinking to gain strength.
Also, remove all artificial stuff, braids, Peruvian , Malaysian weave. No jewellery, no make up. Come as God created.
Please note, focus on your focus. This means mind your business. You are there for personal deliverance . If you want to watch African magic, stay at home and tune your dstv to the appropriate channel . You will see all sorts of things, focus on the reason you came there. Tune all your channels to God.
May God meet with you in a special way. God bless you.
Jesus! I'm so grateful to God for this day. I'm so thankful...

Stella, when people bring in their adverts, I believe its for patronage. They need BVs to patronize them
ReplyDeleteI saw an advert from someone who says she does cakes etc. I put a call to her. I asked if she could deliver at my location which is not too far from hers, she said yes. We agreed on a date. she told me her price which was OK by me.
I waited for this delivery in futility. she has not even contacted me ever since. And I begin to wonder if they are serious at all.
Not that I don't know other bakers, just wanted to patronize her as BV in the spirit of sisterhood.
This disappointment is making me think if they truly need patronage from BVs. I know it may not be applicable to all. But this was totally wrong for the lady not to keep to the promise of delivery as a first time customer.
Who has time to go through adverts again? Or be running around to patronize invisible person. If she is reading this, she knows herself.
Unserious business people!!!!
Did you pay her for the cake, from this your narrative, it's seems you proposed payment on delivery, she doesn't want to risk it, notwithstanding, she should have declined if is not convenient for herπππ
DeleteCompliments of the season xtian folks... Good morning blog FAM... Have a fabulous day
ReplyDeleteCooking...as necessity for "nigerian marriage"? Hahahaaaa...Lol!
ReplyDeleteNo wonder the majority of the nigerian men's brain cells is fried up! Ndi ara!
Once they see any woman or girl, they'll start conjuring up all those slavery & servitude ideas for her. Thus ignoring what else that matters the most in a successful relationship or marriage partnership other than cooking or to have sex & etc. Many pathetic, broke, loosers & unfortunate Nigerian men today would not be in their bad situations today or right now if they had a different mindset or "civilized attitude" towards the women they met in their lives.
I wish you peace and happiness in your life..
DeleteGosh! You people just use every little opportunity to bash Nigerian men and Nigerian married women. Its no longer funny.
Yes oh I hate nigerian mindset & the people all...with a heavy passion! I never now miss the opportunity to trash them whenever they offend or annoy me. π₯
DeleteI pray to to God that I don't physically waste some one's life as my anger trigger levels with nuisance or the slightest nonsense is at the highest.
Not just only Nigerians..oh. I'm irritated by any race or gender of human beings.
In the past year I can't even remember how many people I've trashed severely from the slightest misbehavior or offensive behaviour near me.
I bottled up huge anger for long & always faked a nice smile & warm attitude, but deep down in my heart I'm looking for bloooood now!!!
Anonymous 10:35, are you serious? Please, try and work on Yourself. I believe you also offend others too and they will never think of shedding your blood.
DeletePlease, you need the Holy Spirit to fight this bad spirit in you.
Do you even have friends?
I am sending you lots of love and warm hugs.

DeleteChristmas season is always filled with excitement and me and my kids are not left out. Everyone is just excited. They have new clothes and shoes, I bought a fine material and gave to tailor to sew for them and then bought shoes. They are so excited even when I failed to fulfil one of the things I promised them before their exams.
ReplyDeleteI promised to take them to see father Christmas before, but now no more cash for that, thank God they don't bother me for it except the youngest one Lols.
