That man is Funtua, one of the cabals that has held this country spellbound for the past four years. It is believed that he is given instruction to the CBN governor of what to do. This are the people that controls the economy of Nigeria to soothe their personal interert. Imagining the country CBN governor bowing to take order from him. This country is a mess.

Its not a bow but what? So he couldn't talk to him sitting down and it must be him bending like an errand boy of course which he is. Weren't the both men seated? So what stop the CBN governor to sit as well considering the office he is occupying in the country? That picture depicts a lot about who controls this country. Only God knows the billions and trillions he is being told to issue out.
