She is such a hardworking young woman. A true representation of the African Woman's Strength. She is truly Mama Africa

DeleteAs in that thing is annoying,miming to your song and they pay some heavily to come perform, so what's the difference if you ask a DJ to just play the song without inviting the artiste,maybe they are paying for guest appearance not artiste performance.

ReplyDeleteShowing the video of an event is a publicty stunt by artistes. At this point tiwa doesnt need to show u anything or prove anything to u. She is getting booked even when she is not on social media. That shud show u that if SM goes down today, some artistes can still survive just like pre social media days.

The fact they dint post on Instagram doesn’t mean they are not active in social media. They post everyday on instastory, promoting their craft abi where did Stella get the pix she uploaded.

ReplyDeleteShe doesn't need them anymore. Mavin is dead weight at this point. Don Jazzy was too heavy handed as a producer/manager and it backfired.
DeleteI do not think this was a show per say. She performed at th launch of a beauty product so the concept of sold out or not sold out doesn't apply here.
ReplyDeleteI agree that Tiwa is not a good live performer. She does have a good voice but cannot carry high notes: all she need do is sing on a lower register and reduce her ad libbing. If we are honest Afrobeats in it's truest form doesn't require a singer to be a vocalist.
However since she is trying to compete on the world stage she needs to up her skills because the American market is spoiled for great vocalist. The last thing she wants is to get booed on stage. Singing back up on pre-recorded music to great singers and carrying your own show live are two different things.
Her quasi boyfriend (Whizkid) is actually a good live performer, he doesn't try to ad lib or do any fancy shmancy vocal runs, he keeps it simple and monotonous.
Tiwa's people if una day here please pass along this constructive criticism.
All in all I like her, she minds her business, loves her son, sets thirst traps every once a while and makes her money jeje.
