Ihiehie said that the woman also accused the defendant of threatening to deal with her because she cautioned him to stop beating his wife.
However, when the plea of the defendant was taken, he pleaded not guilty.
Ihiehie told the court that the offence was committed on March 9 at about 7 p.m. at Plot 215A Ajao St., Ajao Estate.
The Magistrate, Mrs E. Kubeinje, granted the defendant bail in the sum N100, 000 with two sureties, who must be blood related to the defendant.
She adjourned the case until May 13 for mention.

ReplyDeleteI love the woman , no time for stupidity. The foolish boy has pushed the woman to the stage of her fearing for her life.
