    3. I gave up bread for one week(usually have wheat bread though)and I lost weight.
Most mornings now either I eat an Apple or I have a small slice of yam with 1 egg (on hungry days).
My friend use to say bread is the devil. Never believed.

    1. This is me right here but much thanks I'm fighting the addition. I almost got my kids addicted to mayonnaise. I had never bought margarine in my house. Me and my kids consume one big bottle of Bama in one month for bread alone oo not salad. When I cleaned out my kitchen cabinets under the sink where I throw bottles like that, I realised what I'm doing to myself. I'm not buying again for the whole of this year.

    1. Me too.Any day I don't eat bread, I feel somehow ...lacking,like there is a void, just a bit less, unsatisfied ...I don't know the word for it but the feeling is really intense. I can eat bread with anything and believe me,I have tried and it all made sense to my taste buds.Even if I lack drinking water in my house,I always have bread.

And now I am trying to figure out if I have ever thrown away mouldy bread.I doubt bread has ever spoilt in my house though I would probably still find a way to salvage it.Sure there are many recipes for mouldy bread on the internet.πŸ˜‚
