    1. Don’t downplay people, you have no idea what others are going through, My sis been obese all her life, few years back, she started working out n eating less, intermittent fasting too, She has not lost weight, we found out she has cushings disease and she underwent surgery n a tumor was removed, which changed her life completely, we had no idea of this when we were in Nigeria, some people are really trying their best, you don’t know their struggle

    2. Try and be sensitive pls. Some people actually have health issues/conditions and are on medication e.g steriods and some antidepressants which makes weight loss or maintenance difficult.
Try and educate yourself instead of always insuling people.
Ps; I am not overweight,I'm a very active person but I am sensitive to ppl that may be different from me and have struggles. Such harsh words arent necessary. Thank you

    3. The health challenges associated with being overweight is not enough motivation? Issorite.

    4. You sound like someone who got drunk and blamed it on the alcohol. But he is not forcing you to eat the roasted corn and yam baa, rather it’s long throat. Motivate yourself cos you don’t really have any excuse. All the best.

    5. So you can't cut your long throat for roasted yams etc your husband buys.

I won't be surprised if you are not an APC member

  10. Did she do a gastric bypass before losing the rest? It's an innocent question oh because her initial weight was quite big.
All the same, she looks too good here. There's nothing like healthy living.

  11. Haba, this is Gastric Bypass Weight loss Surgery. See excess skin, no muscle tone or firm bod. And some of u will go and be abusing other orobos about how Bose did it. Next is surgery for excess skin removal. Biko, lemme hia word. Best way to loose weight remains potion control and exercise. Anyway, which ever way na way.

    2. Even if you lose that kind of weight by only working out, you will still have excess flabby skin. That’s not a determinant of means of losing weight

  13. I like my stature but this stubborn stomach fat won't let me be. I'm tired of people calling me Iya Ibeji when I'm not even pregnant. I look like I'm 6 months gone. If I lie down, my stomach will just spread on the floor like an overfed python. Ayam tired.

    1. 😂😂😂 what are you yabbing yourself like this naa 16:48?
You want to reduce your stomach? Cut off milk, reduce carbohydrates to the barest and cut off sugar and carbonated drinks? You will see the transformation. You want to firm it up? You can’t without exercise oooo

  15. Gastric bypass or whatever she did, I hail and applaud her. Atleast she did something. Princess should take a cue, ever since that her marriage crashed she has been going downhill. She could barely walk at that Ali Baba's january 1st show. She was looking so fat and old.
