  3. Ha!! Atlast!! I found the word. I'm a Pluviophile. I still play under the rain and always dream of playing under the rain with my husband,i hope he's a lover of rain as well. And no matter how rough my day is, I suddenly get calm once it starts raining. And for as long as I can remember, it must rain on my birthday which I consider as a blessing. My friends don't get my ties with rain.
