What is prayer? Prayer is a channel employed by believers to communicate with God. It is an acceptance or recognition of a need that requires superior power or assistance to handle. It should be the first and only resort when one is at the crossroads.
Prayer is admission that there are things or situations we cannot resolve by ourselves. It is the premise of the belief that there are challenges we cannot share with anyone (family, friends, and society) except God and Him alone.
Psalm 35, is one of the imprecatory psalms are those where the petitioner enjoins God to fight and deal with his enemies. In this situation, the petitioner considers himself helpless and appeals to the Supreme Being for deliverance and help.
Are you in a difficult situation now? Are too many forces, physical and spiritual, currently fighting you? Is your marriage delayed or crashing? Is sickness ravaging your home? Are your finances, business and sources of income, etc; closing down? Pray! Pray! Pray!
Take all your burdens to Jehovah. He knows what to do. Jesus cares about you. He can deliver you. Stop complaining and trying to fight back or defend yourself. You cannot save or help yourself. Pray about them all.

I felt I was the ugliest person in the world and I remember how I hated the mirror. I remember how I had to blow while powder all over a mirror to appear blurry so I won't see my facial skin clearly. I proceeded to a boarding school and I was taunted by everyone for my face. At award nights back then, I was given "pimples face of the year" with ST soap. I continued the battle even till university where I finally resigned to fate......
Now in in my thirties and found a solution (#400 cream) so good that my face is like a baby skin. Problem is that this remedy (cream) lightens me so much than my normal complexion and it's also said that these creams contain steroids but I finally got my groove back.
Someone please, recommend a good cream that can lighten my complexion to match my face. No insult please as you haven't walked in my shoes.

Deletebeen there before,i used to pack funbact a and epiderm to cover my pimples,i got so used to them that anytime i run out,na problem..Till one day,i made sure i didnt have to go anywhere for like a week,i stopped the cream and u need to see rashes on my face,very itchy and all..I didnt scratch o,i left it and applied palm oil..It went and i didnt have to do anything to my skin again,anytime i have pimples,its just because of period which isnt severe and the other time i had a truckload of it bcuz of one useless cream i used,i got vinegar and it all dried up then i started using different oil to hide the blemish and i can say im fine now..Try vinegar to dry your pimples and use tea tree oil for a clearer skin

I use honey for pap, tea etc...if I make pancake or waffles I don't add sugar but use honey to eat it when am done. any other drink that requires sugar is also honey or date syrup. then greatly reduce carbohydrates if you are reducing sugar cos carbohydrates converts to sugar
Delete8:12, you can cut down drastically on all swallows. If you must have them, then you should consider oats swallow(delicious and filling), Eggplant swallow, etc. Cut down completely on junks. My neighbour is a medical doctor and this dude is so dirty to a fault! When I hear him speaking phonetics on the phone with whoever I'll be like see this one forming o, the person he's talking to won't know he's a pig. Normal people I know after taking your bath in morning, it's expected that one smells very nice but this dude, even after bathing his body odour ehnn! I tire... Let me go and prepare for work jare, I can't wait to park out of the house.

I don't know how they got so many printed packs of the small Gino or it's like they are printed there. I just noticed people will codedly enter and buy numerous packs for their own curry and thyme repackaging. I also saw different Mayonnaise containers, drink bottles, peanut butter containers etc. I've been thinking of what to do since yesterday. The thing is, I’ve not seen my period, I’m two weeks late
I saw it last on 2nd of last month, and today is 17th still now show, i thought it 29days for regular and 35 days for irregular period
I’m ruling out pregnancy cos I’m still a Virgin
I don’t knw wat might be the cause of the delay
I don’t knw if I should be worried, this is the first time something like this is happening
Is it to early for me panic?
Your period will come, perhaps you changed environment or passed through stress. See a Doctor or give it time.
