Three Nigerian Brothers Die Over A Period Of Years Due To Gang Violence in London

This story is too sad...Please dont read it if you are not emotionally strong!!!!

The latest victim of London’s violence epidemic is the third brother from the same family to be murdered::....

David Bello-Monerville, 38, was stabbed to death when two groups attacked each other with blades, chains and broom handles during a street battle close to his family home in Barnet.

His mother Linda Burke-Monerville rushed to the scene sobbing and shouting: “Not another son!”, according to neighbours.

Six years ago, David was in a car with his 19-year-old twin brothers Joseph and Jonathan Burke-Monerville when a gunman fired three times.

Joseph was shot in the head and died in hospital in what police believe was a case of mistaken identity.

In 1994, a third brother Trevor Monerville, 26, died after being repeatedly stabbed in a Hackney street by five men.

None of the brothers’ killers have so far been brought to justice and there have been no arrests for the latest murder.

Reverend Shaun Saunders, from the Brookside Methodist Church in East Barnet, said: “A mother having one child murdered is terrible but three is beyond comprehension.

    1. Not everything is spiritual Nigerians! Use common sense sometimes, you guys reason like you never been in school, what kind of people are this? Why can't you think it's gang or coincidence because we read how many people in America has escaped death more than 5 times.I pity the next generation of children in Nigeria, their parents have fufu in their brains and refused to enlighten themselves. Spiritual, how ridiculous!

    2. My dear it's not spiritual things, it's bad up bringing. I know this woman very well.

    4. Anon 12:37 One woman losing three children at different times in a similar way is very abnormal. Unless Anon 12:46 is right and their mother is a stupid woman who raised her sons badly, this family should go and check who is doing them and/or who put hand where they were not supposed to. You don't sound clever by pooh-poohing the idea cos you're forming woke - evil spirits and demons don't need visa to follow anybody to the abroad.

    5. Yes its bad training that made the woman to lose her boys. They are always near where they are fighting, why?

  2. London is messed up for young kids of this generation.
When my uncle sensed that two of his boys were getting attracted to the street life, he had to send them to another country. Today, these boys thank my uncle every day for the best decision he took on their behalf.

  3. How did they get mixed up in all of this?
None of the killers has been found? Unbelievable!!
One woman lost 3 kids, will she ever be normal?

    1. None have been found because it is a gang thing. If you live in London you will know about the gang related attack. What they will not tell you or the parents are not even aware that the kids are in a gang, one or two of them might have done something in the past and it's a revenge going on. Two of the kids were sent to Nigeria to do their high school, upon their arrival to start university after only a week, one was shot! Then you ask how? It's a gang thing, the parents need to leave their or send all the kids to Nigeria otherwise this will continue. I don't understand Nigerian parents how they neglect their kids all in the name of making money. What is the money if the kids will not enjoy it? Spend time with your kids, take them on vacations, you work pay for it. You wont die if you know what your kids are up to, notice changes and stay close to them. Discuss with them, take them home most time. You can change neighbourhood if the place is dangerous, Hackney is dangerous and i will be damned to raise my kids there. If you check, all them, kids they are killing are blacks, what does that tell you? We sabi parenting pass whites? It sad but parents need to get it together and right too. Working over time just to buy houses, cars and all while your kids are languishing, no guidance, lost in a world of their own, who is going to inherit all that?

I went there 25 years ago. It was the best decision I made not to carry my baby boy (only child) with me. And today he's a very well rounded, successful young black man in mainland Europe..his problems r totally different, far away from being ghetho , or gangster mentality & all those rubbish way of life things.
I never regret leaving him behind. No matter how many times he questions me: Mummy, why didn't u take me to England ?

The black community & people, young kids & youths in the UK r one of the most evil!!! They r enemy of progress, hate for opportunity to break free from cult of ignorance, under priviledge & very..very jealous, anti breakthrough from low life things or bad life.

That's where u see "mothers" & "fathers" going to their slave work 24/7 at the expense of their kids. Parents penny pinching, so stingy & retarded choosing to remain in filthy estates, dirty homes & poor surroundings...even when they have now other options to move away from that kind of life.😡

    6. 13.11 Hackney may be rough but it's not dirty. Stop telling exaggerated lies! Surrey is not heaven and crime happens there as well albeit at a lower rate.

    7. Hackney is dirty so are all the black areas very dirty, dirt and blacks and poverty goes hand in hand . Go to the rich areas like Chelsea Knightsbridge Kensington can you see how clean they are . Now go to Peckham and co shithole

    8. Lilian, God bless you. Raising a child in South East no be beans and most Nigerian parents or do i say mums are always the ones looking for overtime, they want more shifts to make money to build houses in Nigeria, travel to Nigeria to go and show off or buy aso ebi for weekend parties ot to buy gold jewelleries. They won't take their kids on holiday to spend time with them, you don't know your childrens friends, you don't check their homeworks, you don't pick them up from school etc
I understand it can be very difficult in the UK but you have to let go of some things for your children's welfare. Anonymous 14:00,abeg forget all you've said, you sound like a bitter person 😏. Some of us don't have a choice than to live abroad and for me I have invested so much in my children just to be there for them at the early stages of their lives and I commend myself and my husband but I give it all to God 🙏🏾.
Don't come here saying crap pls.
Atleast those working their lifes out and those you said are slaving actually pay bills and not like you guys in Nigeria who cheat the system and you still collect money from people abroad 😏😏😏. The houses you call filthy in Hackney: do you know the value of those houses to the home owners? You guys should stop coming her to say nonsense 😏😏
I know some families that raised their children in Hackney and these children were well brought up and doing very well 🤷🏾‍♀️.
Stop all these exaggerated nonsense 😏😏

    10. These children were raised in North London and not south east. They were sent to Nigeria at a time there relationship with the gang started growing stronger, they had to be taken back to England because they started cult activities back home. I don't have time to say much now. I feel for the woman because she is no longer young and can't turn the clock back now. A lot of mistakes was made in the past. This is not a spiritual issue.

    11. 16.42 all the black areas are dirty? That implies that wherever YOU are living is dirty because you are black. Ignorant inferiority complex is doing you strong thing.

    12. Did Grenfell not happen in Kensington, a supposed rich area? Your statement is just all shades of wrong. You are black and using your own mouth to pull yourself and others like you down. Agreed, crime rate is high in some places but calling an area dirty because blacks live there is distasteful.

    13. I don't like Hackney though.
That place just gives me the creeps though I know decent people live there. I remember my friend relocated to join her husband in the uk many years ago in Hackney and she said she almost ran mad from bed bugs. That they had to fumigate like 3 times and eventually they had to move out of the apartment.

  9. Really sad!!! Too bad for one family. Pardon my ignorance o, but do you sometimes wonder what happens to cult guys children after terrorising people at Uni. What about ritualist and kidnappers, nurses that sell children and lie to mothers that their baby died, armed robbers, assassins, some people kill human being to secure ordinary government projects. Wicked world!!! But this is too much for a family.

Many people do pay tax in Nigeria and that all of your relatives ask you for money doesn't mean that's how the whole of Nigeria survives.

People that live abroad have this superiority complex that irks me endlessly.
That you chose to move abroad doesn't make you better than those here .
You people and your claustriphic inducing bedrooms.

But aunty if you live in those posh areas, get invited to those posh events held by The Royal Family, then Maybe you can be proud a bit.

  13. I was raised in london. I came to the UK age 9 and left London age 24 to do my masters outside London. As a female child only giving my life to Christ age 20 saved me. I have a 4yo son and will NEVER EVER raise a child in London NEVER. My mum still owns the childhood home in north london(islington) but at age 20 we moved to dagenham where my mum bought a 3bed house. Everything happening now has always happened even when i was younger but now it is much much worse.

May the soul of the departed RIP

    1. You gave your life to Christ but are a single mum, Dagenham is a poor area infiltrated by Nigerians on the lower end of the scale. I love in Golders Green and would rather go back to Nigeria than live in Dagenham. By the way Islington is a far better area than Dagenham...

    2. Abeg, come off your high horse. I live in Golders Green yen yen yen. And so what? Those living in Dagenham are not humans? Nonsense. Your type are the ones that try to be more British than the Brits themselves.

Where did she indicate she is a single mum? You obviously have comprehension issues. And even if she is a single mum, who are you to imply that means she is not saved? Are people not saved from their sins by Christ?
      Very obnoxious comment.

    3. You live in Golders green, we can't hear word. Those that live in Hampstead or Hadley Wood, what should they now do, carry gong around and be announcing it? Mschew.

Raising children either way/place is Gods wisdom and spending quality time with them "Not constantly begging to do overtime.
Living under Barking and Dagenham Borough to me is still gettho, apologies to all who live in that Borough. I've lived in Barking "ThamesView" before so i know what I'm talking about
