She will receive $38.3 billion (€34.1 billion) worth of the tech giant’s stock, Bloomberg News reported.
The deal set by a judge in Washington State’s King County, will see her receive approximately 19.7 million shares in Amazon.com.
When this happens MacKenzie Bezos will become the 20th wealthiest billionaire on the 2019 Forbes Rich List, ahead of Telsa’s Elon Musk and Alibaba founder Jack Ma.
Jeff Bezos, 55, will retain a major stake in Amazon worth $114.8 billion and remains the world’s richest person.

DeleteYou need to understand how the US justice system works. They consider the sacrifice of the spouses and why the marriage is ending. While it often favors the vulnerable, it doesn't favor any gender but men lose cos they cheat and marriage ends cos of them. Examples below..
DeleteCase1: McKenzie deserves the payout because she sacrificed for his business. Marriage is ending bcos Jeff cheated. Plus she is getting custody of the kids and money is needed to raise kids.
Case2: Marriage is ending bcos Wendy's hubby cheated and had a whole child. He will get some payout bcos he worked in her company for a long time and losing his job will make him jobless for a while. But not so much money cos he's not getting custody.
Case3: Mary J Blige pays her ex hubby child support cos he sacrificed his career to raise their child abi children. And she is the richer spouse.
Case4:Even though Rob Kardashian comes from a rich family, he was able to revoke the child support the first judge did. Bcos individually, blac chyna is richer than him. And they both have 50% custody so no child support was necessary.
Trust me their justice system is very fair. It always ensures that the children are cared for and will not be criminals tomorrow. Because of this their country is safer.
