      It doesn’t mean they collect 500. It means the ones who will present their ID cards and those that will bribe their ways through cos they might have expired licenses or none at all.

      Not plastic bottles but the breakable bottles which one has to return hence you leave a deposit or your change with the seller which you collect when you return the bottle
