    1. Who did this to Nigerians? You see pictures and i am sure you are not even on twitter or IG but you are sure it's an hoax?I am tired of Nigerians, this generation is lost!

Shameful country, a lawless country where the poor and victims are constantly bullied and intimidated, now you wonder why all these women have not came out to talk against this Guccy pastor? Ese was lucky because her parents could send her out of Nigeria, Timi and wife are celebrities and the many poor innocent girls? Wjo will fight for them against this rapist?

    1. Just listen to yourself? Follow them to where? Do you even understand what is happening? They went to the police station before Busola came out on Tv to deposit their complain months ago and now gun men storm their house demanding that the family follow them to Abuja to sign "confession document" not even in Lagos and you are saying trash. So armed men storm your house and present themselves as police men, you will just follow them when you know the person you are fighting is capable of anything? It's like you don't even know the country you live in. This is what i was saying this morning, exposure is far from many on this blog. Many of you have fallacy answers to things you have never experience in life or close to...

    2. They should do what????
What is their offence that they should follow armed men to the police station?
What if they are killed in the process? Or tortured to recant, didn't you read the bottom tweet? They are the ones who laid a complaint, why are they the ones being arrested. Even if the Pastor reported them to the police, did they commit a crime that armed men came to their house???? Do you know the risk involved in just opening the door for them? This is Nigeria please.
Please speak intelligently I beg you.

    4. What if they aren't police as claimed? What if they are sponsored to act like one? We have seen men on black that claimed to be police but ended up abducting a man from his house and the DPO of the station they mentioned said there was no directive given to anyone with regards to that operation. The question should be, who sponsored this act if this news is authentic and real?

  11. This is very wrong in all aspects. Why try to surpress justice? Why the harrassment? I sense some powerful element within the church and governmental position trying to intimidate the Dakolo's. Why not allow the court to sit and judge on this case? At this point, can one still believe in the Nigerian system again? This is so shame to Mr President, that under his watch such rascality is taking place by an apparatus of government and will be let to go unquestioned. I strongly condemn in all totality this route Biodun and his cohorts are taking this matter to. Actions like this speaks volume and is already giving credence to the allegation leveled against the accused. We will watch as things play out, if justice at the end of the day will be truncated.

That's how things are done if you feel you are falsely accused and you are innocent. You don't have to wait forever and keep Nigeria guessing. Most times silence in the face of accusations could signal admittance. You have to speak out earlier enough and express yourself and side of the story whether guilty or not.

No one is prepared to die for the black nation to move forward. But it was bravery of the Martin Luthers and Mandelas that got us to where we are. I believe the millenials are the most fearful generation. I applaud anyone who overcomes fear and intimidation to do what they want or fight for their rights. Let them.

Do you know how many victims have named the assailant and helped make it difficult for them to repeat it? Do you know how many victims who were damaged by this and were suicidal now realize they are not aline and that it was not their fault and that people do believe the story of victims? People like you questioning the wisdom of victims soeaking out are encouraging and enabling rapists to continue unchallenged.

I was raped at 16 by my then boyfriend immediately with blood and all I went to the station. Got him arrested. The case was later settled. Timi and wife should have filed a police report before the social media. The family is stigmatized. This battle will crash that marriage! Timi is a very insecure man, forget all the I’m protecting my family. His home address is all over the internet. You suppose to be happily enjoying ur marriage by letting sleeping dogs lye now be ready for a case that all this people rooting you on on Sm are busy on holidays and won’t even sleep in a cell with you or pay for lawyers. I just pity those wonderful kids. It’s well with your family.

  18. Those of you asking for proof; why are you acting like you don't know that it's impossible to present evidence?
It would not be possible for Busola to present proof of him raping her because ALL PROOF OF RAPE IS FORENSIC! Forensic, meaning by DNA, blood test, ballistics and so on! AKA it is all physical. This is why rape victims are advised not to bath or change their clothes after they have been raped because the proof is in the SEMEN. Even if you can scratch your abuser whiles it's happening, his DNA will be trapped under your finger nails. So many rapists have been caught from DNA in the finger nails of their victims. Therefore if Busola had kept any items from when it happened i.e the underwear she wore right after, the bed sheets (if it happened on a bed) or even the carpet (if she was raped on the floor), it could be tested and his semen would be found on it. If she had kept those things, even if the rape happened 40 years ago, it could've been proven.
But I'm sure she doesn't have any items from back then, as it was 20 whole years ago.
See ehn, this whole thing is a sad and vicious cycle. They cannot prove he did it because there's no physical evidence. It would've been better if she exposed him then. But at the same time, the Nigerian society is such a patriarchal and quasi-religious one that no one would've believed her. It's understandable why she didn't come forward. Nigeria in the 80s/90s was a nasty place for the girl-child. People would've called her fast, loose, a bad girl and so on. I was raped at age 13 and when I told my mother, she said it was because I was a bad girl who tried to act grown. I cannot tell you how many friends I have who were also raped but didn't tell their own mothers because their mothers would blame them. I will ALWAYS be grateful to my aunt who adopted me and took me to the States. Because of her I won't have to raise my daughters in Nigeria, and I'm grateful.
The fact that she can't present physical and forensic evidence doesn't mean it didn't happen. However this Biodun man has a record of sexually predatory behavior. This is not the first or second time I've heard him be accused of this; from accounts on Twitter to people from Ilorin that I personally know! I don't know how many young girls will come forward before you believe them. Once again, thank God I don't have to raise my daughters in Nigeria.

    1. This is a strong case for Busola unless there's an evidence at her possession to fight her case. At the end of the day, what the court will rule on will be based on evidence presented before it.

I want to ask this minute, at the said time in review(when the alleged rape happened), was Biodun then a pastor? Was he married? I want to know if he has started pastoring, for I started hearing the name COZA not more than six years ago.

      Delete
    2. God bless you.
I have also heard his story from Ilorin people. The man is an animal that needs to be caged.
Bill Cosby rape victims were raped in the 1960s, 1970s down to 1990s. I doubt there was still physical evidence. But they all came together and filed a suite against him together and he was convicted mostly based on the testimonies of the over 30 women. All of Bioduns victims need to come together or atleast some and fight the case collectively. Even without physical evidence sometimes victims testimonies can be used as evidence. Busola's brother and the sister that went to confront him with knife when it happened originally can also testify. And any ex church member/ex pastor that was in the know back then. Because few ppl did know. Ps; I'm no lawyer, just using common sense,i may be wrong.

    8. Go bless you Beds & Roses!!!
Serial rapists like Harvey Weinstein, Bill Cosby, Pastor Fatoyinbo...have always a kind of pattern like that. To lure unsuspecting women or girls who have no idea how to defend themselvesand stand no chance whatsoever to flee fast enough from their vulnerability! It is similar in the sense that these rapist device and perfect their "sick game" over time, and depending on their particular choices of target.

Fatoyinbo uses element of surprise to sneak into the homes, or to visit unannounced the house of people he is familiar with or one way or the other aquainted to him and when he sees the opportunity to assault someone, the quickly acts on it!!! And sometimes too like in the case of Ese Walters, he will lure his victims by taking them to hotels, unplanned or even planned overnight stays from "conferences, travels, meetings, church events etc... that he knows that the victim will be sleeping alone and be far away from home. Then he will grab that chance to go and attack them.
So many ways he used, which should all be revealed by this victims if they can speak up, come forward to tell the whole world what has happened to them & by so doing free their spirits from the demons, stronghold of their torments, and most especially free themselves from any spiritual, physical or psychological bindings (blackmails) or withholding secrets, pacts with the rapist, an enemy...etc.

Harvey Wesintein assulted many of his victims in hotels, but later on also became bold enough to target women even in his home with his wife and children few feets away from the attempts, like in the case of Lupita Nyongo, that he lured to his house with the premise of "invite / meeting for business or work purpose" for her to come and watch a movie screening at home, in his private home theater & then started to make moves on her, that if Lupita had not been alert enough to his sick twisted move, and get up from there quick and ran away, he would have raped her with his wife, children being present in the house during the attack!

They all have sick ploys, tricks and perfected ways to gain access to their intended targets, victims.

Over the years, for me I have learned not to tolerate or allow anyone (both men & women) come near me, or to visit unannounced!!! I HATE THAT SURPRISES!!!! do not come to "greet me" or just popp in from nowhere into my house!
I just recently had to trash a "friend" lady that I know who is in the habit of randomly dropping in unannounced at my house..with either one story or the other of how she was in the area, and then decided to stop by, or that she was shopping in the city and then got stranded & missed her bus back home and needed a ride to go home, or that she needs to go for an appointment in town very early in the morning when the buses r not yet running and will need a sleep over at my home so I can drop her off in the morning. Worst of for me she is she did also start to bring random people from the community or her place of work along to my house. And I really hate anyone that I did not disclose where I live to know where I live or how I live!!! I warned her about it many times not to bring people to my house or even near my door step. Even if they gave a her a ride to come to my house, she should tell them to drop her at least 2 to 5 blocks away from house, so they don't have any idea where she is going or to who she is going to see in the area.
Finally I lost my tolerance for her, when I saw her repeatedly videoing me & the inside of my home many times when she comes, and also I think she did record my conversations with her on many occasions too...something that many people, including Nigerians r notorious for doing right now. They'll video u & make recordings of u & them or conversations & phone calls etc.
Then I decided to put an end to come near me at home for wherever reasons whatsoever.
And goodbye to her elements of surprises in that way.

I doubt you carefully thought things through before putting a "bulls eye" on your family?
Now youre paranoid with everything around you, a mosquito flying is now confused for a fire spitting dragon, what a way of life!
Bioduns guilt or innocence, would have been left in the hands of God and Karma to treat, whichever gets him first, one definitely will, its just a matter of time, as sad as the ordeal was narrated, you woke a sleeping beast after 17yrs, and now youre the one losing sleep with one eye open, constantly looking over ur shoulder...

Proverbs like "The wicked flee though no one pursues, but the righteous are as bold as a lion"... it doesnt apply in a corrupt 3rd world country like Nigeria, the righteous flee.
Unfortunarely, youve singlehandedly stigmatized ur entire family, you'd need reassurance about your kids school security, your wifes whereabout will be 247 surveillance, you'd translate any cough or sneeze to an attack... etc, i dont wish to be in your sneakers right now.

Don't you know Nigeria is at a silent war? The few powerful against the millions of masses. But the masses are all so scared and end up quoting the bible to defend their cowardice. Even in the bible people went to war and stood up for their rights.

They should go forward to present their facts and assist the police and other legally acceptable investigating parties to prove it beyond reasonable doubt.

  23. I am sorry but I dont understand those that act as thoughBusola has committed a crime bc she reported a rapist who other women have confirmed is still ha rapist, to the police. If it her fault that he did nit respect the fact that he was a pastor before he raped her? Why should she now not deal with him in whatever way she thinks is right. If he did not rape her shebi it will come out? Shebi there will be witnesses who will come to vouch that all the details are a lie? That she never ever came to help with the baby, etc etc. Likewise it will also give the chance for other victims to come forward and by the time we have other unconnected women - non friends of Busola- making accusations of rape against him, them I am sorry but it proves something even without physical evidence. Even with how horrible Nigerians are to rape victims, we have Busola and another lady speaking up as victims. We have Ese Walters who admitted she was a willing partener and yet his church members see nothing wrong in him sat best ‘sleeping around’ with church members?
The police in this case did not ask for a statement. When the Dakolo’s reported to the police about this rape, they were not interested. Once she did her interview and the world was on their sode the police are suddenly interested and have sent armed police to take their stayement? Please how many Nigerians are comfident that going off with any policemen os safe in Nigeria not to talk about armed policemen that say the came to take you to abuja? They have not yet sent armed policement to that rascal of a COZA pastor but they ate sending to the victim and to take her to his city? Next thing now she will have so many new rape cases against the police that that Biodun’s case will be forgotten. I don’t blame them at all for refusing to go. Why should they be taken to abuja to make a statement? Why can’t they be invited to their local station to come over when convinient for them to give a statement. Why does it have to be an abuja station? Not even an ilorin station?
