    Oh wow!!! She tried abeg, I can't fit do this one! Turning my head upside down😳. Kudos to her. She's lucky she's not struggling with Belly fat, only back fat. Belly Fat is extremely stubborn and hard to burn.

  2. Physical exercise is so good especially cardio. It opens up your arteries for ease of blood flow. You sleep better, your sex-orgasm experience will be stop. Even your game in sex will be mindblowing to your partner
    Exercise for a healthy living then worry about losing or adding fat here or there.
    If you are not exercising, please start now. Start slowly, bany steps, then as you can tolerate. Gradually your energy level will move up. You'll be surprised the milestones you've achieved.

    2. That's why I run 5k a day 5/6 days a week with some weights. Come September I an buying some weights from Argos for my home so i can take my weight lifting to a higher level.

      I only lifted weights to stop christian mother arms as my PT told me low weights fast reps helps with no arm fat and i did this plus running and no arm fat at all.

      I love how i feel after a 5k run but I am celibate and took up gym since 2016 to release my energy as i get too much energy in general

    2. As in... I don't get what the??? is for. NOBODY wants back fat. That somkele actress did a post recently about how beautiful it is to have a lean back. Note that back fat is when you have folds at your back I.e where your spine is. It's not bum fat.

  8. Upper Back and arms fat can be so annoying. They make your shoulders look broad and funny in sleeveless and spaghetti dresses.

    4. @ Athena and Anon 14:42!..intensify your cardio workouts, starts small then increase the time gradually.Use dumbells to perform a T raise to workout your middle back, for shoulder muscles do delt raise, do a single-arm row to exercise your shoulder and back(use heavy dumbell here),go for 3 sets of 10 to 15 reps in all this move. Do plank with your knees on the floor if you can not do full plank (Raise your arms during a plank).Try to increase the difficulty of your workouts by adding weights.Control what you eat(high protein is better because of your muscles).Then you will see great improvement with well tone and define arms and upper back that you will like to wear something sleeveless with.

  11. Anonymous 14:32 God will show up for you in an open mouth-flie enter kind of miracle. It will make people forget to close their mouth.
    Keep exercising, it is sometimes recommended when one is TTC. Exercise will help push away depression from stressful circumstances and renew you.

  13. I know someone ttc for 16years, she got tired of everything andstarted exercise to relieve all the stress that hormonal drugs have put on her. She stopped taking every drugs and stopped being depressed and also started glowing. Less than a year she got pregnant and is in her 3rd journey. First us 12yrs now.

    I know the wonders of exercise first hand .because doing it with 6 or more bottles of water a day makes you very young.
