  3. Dear Kiki, but you couldn't have done all these without the help of your dad. Some people have same passion, dream, driving force but lack the financial capability. All the same welldone.

    1. She could as well have had her father's help and no idea for him to fund. So, she's a hardworking girl fortunate to have a platform to support her.

I have great aspirations too but guess what? there's no capital to bring all my plans to reality.Anyways,I'm not letting that way me down,I'm working and putting my best into it and I know someday soon,i'll break forth.may God continue to bless our works.Amen.Good morning all.

  7. Kiki... listen to me.
IF YOU HAVE NEVER WOKEN UP AND DIDNT KNOW WHERE YOUR NEXT MEAL WILL COME FROM, then you havent known struggle.

IF YOU HAVE NEVER BEEN IN A POSITION WHERE YOU DONT KNOW WHERE YOU'D SPEND THE NIGHT, then you havnt known hurstle.... so pls dont insult the genuine hurstlers out there.

DJcuppy will come and tell me that its so hard finding good songs to play on her mix play machine, she has to dig deep to find and mix, so therefore she is a hurstler, youre all mad!!!!!

    1. Her words may not minister to you, but guess what, she has a drove of friends in her social circle born with even golden spoon and wouldn't get themselves a job or a business bcos of their parents money. Those are the people her post will really hit home with.
So pls, let's not hate her, she is talking from where she's standing, her sight, viewpoint and perspective is different, but from where she is, the struggle is the same.

    2. Royal tribe I get what she is saying....But bcos of what is going on in the country now and general economic hardship you keep this to yourself or discuss it with your friends who have similar rich ppls problems.
People's blood is hot. They are bound to attack her being its APC that got us here. If her family wasn't in govt, ppl may not have so many opinions.

    3. That’s why I respect their hustle even more. A child that can wake up and long for songs to do even though she knows where her next meal will come from us a real determined child.

  8. Because it is early in the morning I will keep it clean. Please ask her who bought her the land and the property? Who paid for the materials and labour? Who gave her the clients and contacts? Who paid for her education? WE DID!!! And to add insult to injury, this spoilt child of the ruling classes DARES to talk about hard work??? Unbelievable #kikiantoinette

    5. Which one is we did. This girl and her sister already finished university before Oshibajo came into power. Haba
The man was a top lawyer with better money before politics. Now there is just more.
The girl sef for no discuss all this her "achievements" on SM. No one really cares.

    6. Royal Tribe. I prefer her friends who 'don't lift a finger' as they do not rub their 'success' in my face. Even the Queen of England in her 90s and with all her wealth does more work than #kikiantoinette. If Oprah talks about her struggles we can identify. Even Bobrisky for all his lifestyle choices I can identify with. But this madam???

  11. We all really do have mountains to climb. Her mountain might seem like nothing compared to yours but it is a mountain nevertheless and her struggles to surmount her mountain should not be made light of simply because of the privilege of her birth.

  12. Kiki yes you also have entrepreneurial problems but yours is about your brands and products being accepted and translating into sales.
This you can achieve by actually creating GOOD products not just fancy passion projects. Start this by not doing too much to be seen as very hard worker (they’ll always see you as a rich kid).
You don’t need a pity party like other entrepreneurs you are fortunate enough to not have the most damaging entrepreneurial problems: FUNDING. FUNDING FUNDING.
Now channel your energy to creating GOOD products not FANCY passion projects.

Shes so desperate to let the world know shes carving a brand from her sweat... which sweat if i may ask? Perhaps, sweat from making a decision on the office location Asokoro or Miatama... or sweat from selecting colour of marbles.

Kiki Nnem come and see challenge!!!!! when you are taking delivery in the far north in the name of official duty not knowing if you will be killed in the process!!! come and see challenge even when you have relations abroad who know your job risk but would rather keep giving you bottle of perfumes than lend you the help you are asking and crying for. They chose not to because one told me that I might divorce hubby or he might divorce me!!! That I should keep working despite the risk involved!!!! please come let's exchange challenges!!!

  26. I had to go visit the Instagram page. If the UGLY clothes on there are the things she's selling, she deserves kudos oh. Cos God knows I wouldn't touch any of the clothes, even if they paid me to. I don't understand the poor packaging of the skincare (I assume that's what it's supposed to be), so I don't want to imagine what the content is like.

I understand the fierce desire to be seen as "worthy in my own right" when you're the child or spouse of "somebody". That compulsion to be taken seriously even if you have to work twice as hard to get half the respect, so you can beat your chest and say "It's a lie" when people say you only got so far cos of who gave birth to you or married you. But we need to tell ourselves the truth.

I don't know anybody in Abuja who's actually patronising this girl. The clothes are wack. And that's on Instagram where there are filters, oh! If people are actually buying, it's because of whose daughter she is. Nobody is displaying it on their Instagram. I doubt they're wearing it IRL. She has access to the wives, daughters and girlfriends of many of the politicians in Nigeria. Which of them is wearing clothes from her store? Shebi her sister got married to one rich woman's son last year - who did Kiki style at the wedding? Is it not at the wedding we learned that the mother of the bride can bake, so what prevented this young lady from styling or dressing someone? There's NO way she's actually making a profit off this. And the fact that Abuja is honestly not the place to go for clothes, makes her stuff look worse. Cos the clothes in many clothing stores in Abuja are terrible. Take this anywhere, there is NO shop, store or mall in Abuja that sells clothes worth the hype. Even the ones they say they bring from abroad, I don't know if they ask the suppliers for the ugliest outfits. You can get beautiful fabrics in Abuja. And if your tailor isn't demon-possessed and sent from your village, you can have fine clothes. But ready-made, just order direct from the abroad by yourself or carry yourself to Lagos. In terms of beauty, Abuja only knows skin lightening and teeth whitening (like Lagos knows body modification). Even people that want to retain their God-given dark skin want products that have been tried and tested. So I don't know who Kiki is selling her skincare to.

That you think you have a passion for something doesn't mean you should do it, oh! Many chics say they have passion for fashion but can't dress to save their lives. It's how Omotola says she has always had passion for music, but it is well. It's not beef. Nobody hates you, you're just not good at this stuff. Ah now I know why some level of suffering is necessary to really succeed in life and business. There are things you just won't do if you don't have money, even in business. If you know that bank will come and carry you (that's if at all you're able to get bank loan for your business), you will be forced to have sense and faith. God Himself will tell you the business He wants you to do, and you'll argue cos funds. If not that you have money to throw away, you don't just wake up and say you're launching skincare line in a saturated market where women didn't come to play. Nne, no be ya fault. No, you must not do the job you got a degree in university for. But it's not every flight of fancy we think/say is working, that we attribute to God cos His hand can't be in foolishness. You think you're peppering haters, but it's your time you're wasting. When you're ready to be serious with yourself, return to the drawing board.
