  6. I know Serena can't rule forever but I was hoping so much for her to win this one. So she can gracefully bow out while the ovation is loudest.

The players who do it for the love of the game, theres absolutely zero reimbursement.
Its a game at the end of the day!!

  10. I think she's still playing because she wants to win. You know, have a comeback like Tiger Woods before retiring.

She needs to win at least 2 more grand slams to become the greatest ever female to play the game! It’s history. If only you people know how difficult it is to get to the finals, you’ll know she has to keep up with the chase till she gets it. Hundreds of players are involved in the preliminaries. As the loser she takes home almost 2 million dollars. But she’s doing it for the glory and love for the game, not for the money..

Many star players never get to win a grand slam in their entire career. An example is Anna Kournikova, the Russian beauty. Serena is the greatest in the modern era

  14. She remain one my greatest heroins. Lot of love Serena. Success, failure, success...You have enjoyed win win. it's takes the inner strength to still believe in yourself especially, during the phase of "lose lose"

  15. Stella, why that big smiley face with all teeth? Well, as for me, I am sad for Serena, like another BV said, I really wanted her to beat Margaret Court's record. Anyway, the Australian open is still there. I have hope for Serena because she has come a long way since she returned after giving birth.

    1. That's next January next year.
I just want her to win at least a major grand slam and retire with honour.

Serena is persistent in this game. It's been long I've heard of her elder sister, Venus.

I still have the image of the magazine advert they both did as teenagers with long braids assessoried with white beads with milk stain on their mouth with the caption: "You've got some milk?" Or something similar.

I really love Serena and I wish for her to if not beat Margaret Courts' record, then at least level up with it...

  19. I nicknamed her 'wareva'. The US crowd were cheering for drama queen Serena and booing Bianca. But sadly, they all lost in 2 straight set. Serena's unforced errors and double faults were her own undoing. Clear signs of her aging. She must not win all the time forever.

  20. Stella am a fan of Serena and am not comfortable with those 64 caterpillar teeth you're showing. Serena deserves two more titles and she will surely get them. Anen
