  1. Yep water, fluid goes a long way to sustain life. Dehydration will kill you faster.
Especially with our older folks, if they don't drink, they will get confused, disoriented, weak and eventually just die. So, while taking care of your grannies or our parents above 70, observe if they are tolerating fluids by mouth. If they are to weak, disoriented, at the point they cannot even swallow or simply just going down hill, intravenously fluid(drips) will jumpstart them back.

  2. the man is making sense with what he said about fasting. I once had a male friend who fasted for 100 days you need to see this guy fainting at place of work almost everyday. They will take company's car and drop him in the hospital return him back after giving him some drip. I told him to stop the fasting, the guy refused but finally he concluded the fasting. He was mean to himself, why fainting cos you want to fast and pray for God's forgiveness. I fast till the time my body and soul can carry me, i cannot come and kill myself.

    2. Babyblu and anonymous 12:16 I couldn't fast till 12 noon before even though when I don't plan to fast I find that I can go past that time. The key is asking for grace and 've determined to put your body under as Paul said. Now I do 3 days dry on the regs and the rewards are amazing. Your eyes are open spiritually and more sensitive. Right now I'm doing 70 days breaking daily at 5pm and 2pm. You cab star by doing noon, then push to three with drinking water at 12,or try fruit fast(i hear its really effective too)

  6. There's nothing wrong in being a Twitter Pastor.

People spend more time on social media than they do at their churches or even discussing with family members.

So, it's best to reach out to the youths through this platform. Wider audience and more souls to be saved
