Immaturity
ReplyDeleteHow?
DeleteWhat's immature about this true love? Hater
DeleteAnon, you are displaying signs of witchcraft.
Delete"This is witchcraft", as Pastor Poju would say.
DeleteSophia Sophia… I still remember your handwriting right from secondary school..
DeleteThat first anon is chioma's friend, immaturity how? That he there for his wife in the labour room,it's called love and responsibility. But Davido can sha know how to pepper them....lol
DeleteSophie should just die now but no she has Imade to live for.
DeleteSophia @ 14:42, go away and lick your wounds in silence.
DeleteThis is sweet.
ReplyDeleteVery sweet.
DeleteNice 1...headache for some
ReplyDeleteWhen a man loves a woman
ReplyDeletecongratulations to you both and enjoy your love.
ReplyDeleteTrue love
ReplyDeleteChai its not easy to be a father and mother...Congratulations Chimama
ReplyDeleteLas las she don become a baby mamq. Davido will not marry chioma. He has seen her finish and he has gotten everything he wants in a woman. Anyway, time will tell. No wannabe should call me a hater. I don't really care about them to start hating on them
ReplyDeleteEnter your reply...Anon 15:08
DeleteDavido has already paid Chioma's bride price so they are married..Hater
You don't care but wrote an epistle. You must be in 'sifia' pains, pele.
DeleteWho be this one? Its better to be Davido's baby mama than to be a wife to that your poverty stinking husband.
DeleteThey are married already. Now take that in.
DeleteThey're married. I've been told in court too.
DeleteWhat stopped Davido from marrying Chioma throughout the 9 months she was pregnant to avoid her becoming a baby mama? Just like Teddy A and Bambam did. Chioma has misfired by getting pregnant for Davido. Later he will put her where he put the other baby mamas before her boy or no boy
ReplyDeleteBut her bride price has been paid now. Haba!
DeleteAwon haters oshi. They are happily married,
Delete@Anon15.08 David is not leaving his wife anytime soon so please get over your self hate.
Deletethey already had introductions n if you re igbo u will knw that many ibo families do not accept bride price on a heavily pregnant woman till she puts to bed. so, u bad belles to shld keep ur fingers crossed and wait to see if he ll marry her or nt. davido dt is already planning his wedding train. u all waiting for dis break up will be so dissapointed
DeleteThe Anon is not hating! Why didn't he go pay the bride price when the belly was still hidden? Introduction isnt marriage in Igbo Culture. Until he pays her bride price or weds in church or registry na still baby mama and baby daddy hoping to turn to wife and husband.
DeleteBe quiet, he paid her bride price. They know the culture! Davido’s dad knows how it works! You think he went to Owerri to look at statue?? His mother is Igbo. They paid bride price! Do they have to announce it to you? In Igbo culture, it’s bride price, an elaborate ceremony isn’t necessary. Once bride price is paid, you are married! Plus who told you they haven’t done court register abroad? Mchewww
DeleteHis mother is Edo.
Delete...and CUSTOMARY MARRIAGE is RECOGNIZED under CUSTOMARY LAW which is A LAW OF THE FEDERATION OF NIGERIA**********************************
DeleteIF BRIDE PRICE HAS BEEN PAID === FOR ALL INTENTS AND PURPOSES, THEY ARE ***LEGALLY*** MARRIED.
I hope the "message" will last...
ReplyDeleteHe was really drunk yesterday as in he was Drunk!!!! he couldn't contain his happiness so I understand that he past out.
ReplyDeleteAfi past out na.Past out indeed. You better go and get a copy of Brighter Grammar and make it your closest companion for now. It's nice to adopt correct English when you want to gossip.
Delete15:40 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
DeleteDavido is overjoyed about the baby. So paying of bride price is not marriage?. Please stop consoling yourselves. Davido is already hooked
ReplyDeleteHe has not paid bride price
DeleteI really do not even understand the hateful comments for this two... Some of una wey don marry for here wey dey answer MRS, una husband never even follow una go hospital go born before, Some of your so called husbands can even boast of sending you to Cotonou to have a baby, some of you cant even cater for your kids the way you want, yet you're here calling someone a baby mama... And so what if I may ask? Na today e start? In all things the young man has proved to be loving and supportive... Wetin again? The kids future are all secured, e pass like that?
ReplyDeleteU dey ANSA dem. Most na women oo. Bad belle😂😂😂😂
DeleteIt's because people are attacking Sophia and co ,otherwise nothing wrong
DeleteAnon 14 42
ReplyDeleteWhat do you mean Immaturity.... I did sleep on same bed with my gf now wife when she delivered the girls in 2011...
Nice one.
ReplyDeleteDavido is so caring , God bless you OBO!!!!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh! I just love how Davido is treating Chioma...marriage is sweet when both are madly in love 💕💕💕
ReplyDeleteFor the bitter witches in sifia pains trolling in anonymous mode on behalf of Ms Ovation and the other one, when an Igbo woman is MARRIED the second her brideprice has been paid. That photo Davido put up some weeks ago was AFTER brideprice was paid; it's how many Igbos do it in cases where the bride isn't physically present for whatever reason. As long as you know who you came to marry and the family confirms from their daughter that she knows and wants you, e don set. Even where both bride and groom can't be there (like if they're both based abroad), their families pay and accept brideprice, settle list, take pictures and send to their children who are now married. They even do videos. The husband can use these to register the marriage in customary court. And it's valid.
ReplyDeleteIt's really not that complicated. But the hatred clogging your otherwise porous brains won't let you be great.
A glass of champagne for you, I love the love these young two couple share.
DeleteWhich part of igbo accepts bride price on top heavily pregnant woman head? Until she puts to bed and some parts don't even accept the bride price money because of the pregnancy and the child is for the woman and her family, and the man can't lay claims to the child in case of divorce or separation.Maybe igbo cultures differ and when the man is rich and influential,he gets a pass.Ife Ego n'eme.
Deleteanonymous stop hating biko some part of Igbo accept bride price when a woman is heavily pregnant. If you don't know pls keep shut.
DeleteIn Oraukwu town it is acceptable, it's not about rich or poor man. In 2005 my Cousin and her husband weren't in the country when her bride price was paid and traditional marriage done, if she was pregnant there was no way anyone could or would have known, so it's not ife ego, it haff tey.
DeleteAre we in same Nigeria where people marry and born 2 months later?? Please MANY parts of Igbo land accept bride price! Mine was paid when we weren’t even in the country. Davido paid hers! Facts
DeleteI’m IGBO and my community accepts bride price from a woman that is due to put to bed tomorrow sef. HATERS EVERYWHERE
DeleteAnon 18:22 Olodo. The question you should be asking is which part of Igboland does NOT accept brideprice on a pregnant woman? A lot of Igbo women who get pregnant before marriage, the men run and pay full brideprice before the child arrives to prevent stories. If her brideprice isn't paid in full before she gives birth, it is said that "she gave birth in her father's house" even if she doesn't physically live in her father's house. And traditionally na her papa name the pikin get. Or if you stay there dulling and she brings another person to pay her brideprice, you're on your own. Yes, in some places, you pay a bit more (like a sort of fine) cos you weren't supposed to get her pregnant before marriage, so that extra is a token to try and repair the wrong you did.
DeleteThe thing about Igbo culture is that if anything they tell you to bring is missing and they don't agree to leave it for you, you never marry their daughter oh. I've been to a wedding where guests were gathered and stuff hadn't been fully settled, so the uncles said the marriage couldn't hold. Folk started begging, oh! When my marriage rites were being done, my husband refused to show me the list they gave him. My father is dead, so I was worried. My husband was like, "How is the list your business? You will go and shout, they will refuse totally and I'm the one who will lose. Shout till next year, you're their daughter, they can't throw you away. But they can say they don't know me. Where I'm from, we don't kidnap women and call them wives. We marry wives according to however it's done in the woman's place. Please, allow me agree with your people so I can call you my wife with confidence." He hadn't touched me. E come be the one wey carry belle. And the man will pay cos no sane man wants a situation where his child will be given to someone else "cos he didn't pay brideprice". His own people will call him a fool.
Even when a man wants to marry an Igbo divorcee, his people ask him to demand and show them proof that the brideprice from the previous husband was actually returned. They don't want to hear "They divorced in court" cos two brideprice payments can't exist on the same woman. If one hasn't been returned, the second is invalid cos it's like you're coming to marry someone's wife. If it happens, it's a shame. They use it to abuse him, "Look at you, they collected your wife from you yet you say you're a man."
Now even if a couple is really separated but the first man's brideprice is still there, any children she has with the second man cannot traditionally belong to the second man - no matter what DNA says. And ain't no family got time for their son/brother to be a breeder for a supposed ex that's not really an ex cos brideprice wasn't returned.
Like I said before, hatred has clogged your brain. When we tell you to ask questions about people and cultures, you'll be forming woke cos Instagram. So, you think David carried ALL those people just to do knocking and take picture? God, why am I trying to reason with a fool in anonymous mode, biko?
See eh, Sofia, go and rest. Stop trolling. Use the energy to look for a job or start a real business, be a responsible adult so you can co-parent your child effectively. It will be good for her to learn from you how NOT to depend on a man's money like you when she grows up. No man came to this world to be an ATM.
EVERY PART OF ANAMBRA AND ENUGU STATE ACCEPT BRIDE PRICE ON A HEAVILY PREGNANT WOMAN. Initially they will express anger that you put their daughter in a family way without their consent === BUT THEY ACCEPT BRIDE PRICE IN THE END. And it does not have anything to do with how rich the man is*
DeleteTHE FOCUS IS THAT THW FAMILY IS VERY KEEN TO SEE THAT SHE IS WEDDED BEFORE THE CHILD IS BORN - even if it a day before [although they would make you pay more than usual - as a PUNITIVE measure.
#THE FAMILIES ALWAYS WANT TO ***MAKE SURE*** THEIR DAUGHTER IS WEDDED BEFORE PUTTING TO BED [if they can help it!]
Congratulations latest mum
ReplyDeleteI want a man like Davido.
ReplyDeleteNo curse yourself abeg
DeleteVery few redeeming qualities
Lmao @ Jet Li. Honestly, the only reason a lot of Nigerians see this as true love is because the guy in question is rich. Poverty will not allow a lot of people to read in between the lines.
DeleteWhen Man Loves A Woman......Absolutely Ttue True Loveeee...
ReplyDeleteI luv their luv, but chioma sure knows how to pepper dem. Easy, the world is a den. You want to but may not always be able to protect him. Again easy.

Point of correction @ Sexy hips, it's not all women that are jealous. You should say some women because I'm a woman and middle aged too and I just love how these two love birds are showing the whole world how it's supposed to be. Of course you don't expect everyone to love you but for me make dem carry go👍👏🤣💕♥️
