  5. A variation of a potato salad. I make it all the time. I just never fry. Instead, I spray olive oil, sprinkle a bit of salt and garlic and roast in the oven. With the sausages. Then I dress with a peppery salad dressing.

    1. Really, potatoes is a very nice meal. You can use shredded chicken or fish. Sausage is by choice. I have been cooking with it since ages.

  9. Thanks Tspices.
    Yummy side dish.
I am in a potato mood too.

I mashed potatoes, added a little butter, eggs, a little baking powder, dry white and red pepper, drops of vanilla extract to make a mold, baked as flat potato cookies.
    It's yummy too. Kikiki.
    Plus some peppered pancakes.
Being taken with hot Choco drinks.

At exactly 8:30am, everyone took pieced chicken and fish pepper soup with plenty spices and utazi.
    Weather not good!

  14. Just tea for me!

When you cook potatoes, don't peel off the skin. Just give it a good wash with a vegetable brush. The shin is very nutritious .

    2. It's not advisable because the day you forget to scrape as little as the green sprout on the head, you will land in the hospital because its toxic.

Stay safe with peeling off the entire skin.
