Hmmm who watches Zee one?I discovered this channel and remembered i had seen it on the Blog being discussed....Been watching it for two days and i am tired of crying and laughing..........una sabi how Bollywood movies nau........They all have big eyes and when they want to cry,they cry!
Tomorrow is the first in house news for the week and it is OK to start sendng in your adverts but please dont send same old same old,this week will be a week of new photos and new texts,if you send in any old advert,you wont find it advertised for you.

Seeing all of them yesterday was so beautiful and reminded me of their journeys and how far the top 5 have come. Those guys played a very good game and all deserve a place in the finals. Who ever wins is beautiful and I will be here cheering for everyone of them as they leave. Who knows, Mike's wife might run up the stage to kiss hubs, Frodd my run down the stage to kiss Esther 😂. Most importantly ,I like that unlike other seasons, we cant predict a clear winner/runner up. Its anyone's game.
The toxicity online may even be worse for sometime, remember the whole Ceec/Tobi/Alex/Leo thing? Some fans are indeed jobless. But after today, I wont visit the hashtag to avoid getting disgusted with negativity.

I don't just feel right today, don't know why. Not sure if everyone goes through this phase, an exam you've been writing for years, failed all through without passing one paper, you then decided to switch, you fail some but pass others, and then you finally get qualified and its only logical you feel excited but you don't.

DeleteEat a lot of fruits and vegetables, okra soup, boiled or roasted plantain. Run some tests as well to rule out any case of malaria. Cheers
DeleteTake in a lot of vegetables, especially UGU leaf, you can mix with Amstel Malta (it's low in sugar), Peak milk (liquid) and raw egg last thing at night. Also there is this leave people that go to Jehovah Witness take as they don't accept blood transfusion, I don't know the name, if you can ask, fine. Wish you good health.

Wash ugwu leaves very well with salt under running water and make sure you rinse off all the salt. Blend the ugwu with malt, sieve out the leaves and drink the juice. Don’t blend the ugwu with water before mixing with the malt o. Use the malt as the water to blend the ugwu.
