 Ada Mbaise herbs seller has welcomed her patter of tiny feet..The bundle of Joy arrived on Friday last week and she says Mother and son are doing well.....She says i should tell you all the Ada Mabise seller is now a mama oooooh....When she just got married and told me she was not feeling fine,I began to count...LOL

    Life....
    I was so happy as soon as I woke up yesterday morning,so happy I already predicted how happy the remaining days of this week was going to be.
    I never knew the news really hit me hard till I realized I was crying profusely,hitting the back of my head on the wall and shouting God severally,I wasn’t expecting the news I got,who expects the news of the death of a friend though ?.
    I lost my friend yesterday,he was the most brilliant person I’ve ever met,he never had a girlfriend and never derailed from his studies.
    He was the most hardworking amongst us all during our teaching practice days and even got lots of gifts and a recommendation letter.
    He hustled so hard to raise money for his final clearance (he
    has always been hustling though)he was raised by a single mom and they were just two boys ,he was the first.....serving in Anambra


    Life....I will never understand your concept....never

    Family I know I can count of us for assistant on any issue. I have been noticing for a long time that when ever I take milk, be it liquid, powdered, I have tried so much products still same issues. Either I drink tea, take pap with milk, drink it raw, mix with water I will be purging seriously. That whole day I will fart from morning to evening, rushing to the toil, my stomach will hurt and be making shout serious sounds. The annoying one is the farting from morning to night. Doctor said is normal and I shouldn't worry about that, how can I not worry when I cannot stay comfortable after consuming milk. Who is facing the same thing or had been there and was able to get lasting solutions. Is there anything i can do about it? Please don't tell me to stop taking tea, milk I beg you.

      You have lactose intolerance.....it will NEVER stop...most black people have this problem..i also have it but only discovered it when i travelled abroad...what i buy is Lactose free milk and I am good to go....when buying milk look or ask for the one that has ''Lactose free'' written on it.....stop taking the other one cos its doing more harm than good.....if i dont see lactose free milk i just take peppermint tea with honey.

      You lactose intolerant, lactic acid/ Lactose being a major component of cow milk...replace cow milk with soya Milk or Almond milk just plant based milk if you can or stop taking cow milk mbok
