The 41-year-old wins October’s prize after leading Chelsea to three wins in a perfect month in which they beat Newcastle United and scored four goals in both of their away victories at Southampton and Burnley.
Lampard is winning the award for the first time beating August and September winner Jurgen Klopp, as well as Graham Potter, Brendan Rodgers and Dean Smith.
Those results meant that Chelsea won four consecutive top-flight away matches while scoring at least three goals in each fixture for the first time in their history.

ReplyDeleteI must say crystal Palace did their best to hold their own, not conceding goals until the second half despite the fact that Chelsea had made over 17 attempts to score.
Lampard is doing a great job. He's soooo cute too.
