      I never believed fat is equal to the quality and quantity of food you eat till it happened to me. This woman is only one year older than I am and we have same number of kids so... There is no such thing as fat is peace of mind. Fat is carpy eating especially if you continue to indulge after age 35.

      There are some people who will eat everything but still won't gain weight. She said she has weight easily at one point. So it may have nothing to do with her eating style but gene. Bodies are different. She is beautiful btwn

      At anon 10:31 you need to expand your knowledge as regards fat. There are women who battle with hormonal issue...which leads to fat. Women with PCOS and other syndromes tend to gain weight easily..even without eating much. Instead of assuming its carpy eating. Be nice to women. You do not know what they battle with. She even said herself that she has always dealt with hormones which leads to her gain weight.

      14.44 You are right. We all have our struggles. I happened to notice that in myself and had to go on a diet plan and do all within my power to stick to it. Me that used to eat any and everything b4 and still remain under 60kg now have to chat my calories to stay 65kg.

    Beautiful!! That’s my favorite color. Looks good on her. Omotola the sexy mama. I will never forget the role you played in that movie, “Day Break” l never got to see the end. Emeka Ike did well too. Chai!! Olu Jacobs, is also a great Actor. Well, that day break movie made me love Omotola. It’s an old one but who saw the entire movie? I have always wondered how it ended. Good one days of Nollywood.

      She prolly has spanx under that outfit. If you wear a Size smaller , trust me, the perfection is next to nothing. The only ish is being uncomfortable and the more solid you eat, the more uncomfortable you get. So best thing is to sip on liquids like juice that will fill you up and won’t require you visiting the loo too often.

      So, she just might be wearing spanx or body magic. 🙃
