      I love that rice but prefer the fish smoked and fried.

  2. You see that kind of rice with fish like snake skin is my kind of food...don't even try frying that kind of fish for me. I love it soft and succulent.

    Breakfast is rice and beans with peppered goat meat...washed down with chilled malt. Doctor said I should eat more of left over food๐Ÿ˜Ž

  3. Concoction rice. I always prefer mine with roasted prawns and lot of pepper, onions and red palm fruits oil.
    Stella that's mackerel fish AKA, Titus fish.. so tasty and full of nutrients.

    Breakfast is a bowl of muesli, oats, nuts, seeds and mango.

    Still have leftovers from Christmas, I'll be doing justice to them later with my boy.

    2. There are two types of Titus fish...one has tiny eyes while the other has big eyes. The one with tiny eyes is the sweet one. The other one, tasteless.

  10. I hate the smell of that fish. I know it’s nutritious but l go pass on that nutrient. The skin of the fish makes me feel like l am eating a snake. I was shocked when l got to the States, the fish plenty for Asian stores. They love it more than Nigerians sef. Even songu sef de here. Make una enjoy.

  17. I had cereal this morning. It's a relief that I can eat now after taking pap for over a week due to loss of appetite. I'll be eating beans and bread later.

    That rice up there is everything especially with smoked or dry fish. That's what we call concoction rice that year.

  18. I'm still thinking of what to eat this morning. I'm attending a malo wedding and I dont even understand them. Thursday we went for Henna, no jollof served๐Ÿ˜ญ
    Yesterday was kamu still no jollof. They said it's only small chops they serve during Kamu. Today is the dinner, let me wait till they dont serve jollof again before I know what style of cry to cry.

  24. I can't eat the fish up there if its not parboiled with spice and fried.

    Titus fish is sweet sha. It has natural oil. Its good for babies also. Just boil, mash and mix with yam or potatoes.


    Concotion rice makes a whole lot of sense. I cook it when money nor plenty for hand.


    Will take tea, bread and Titus sardine. I'm yet to eat breakfast though. Not really hungry.

  28. They dragged out some fried whole chicken from the freezer.
    Pieced them to make chicken pepper soup,too much spices and utazi,nchuanwu leaves.

    Some people are sneezing here from dust of yesterday's events, probably.
    Heavy agidi going down with the soup.

    Kids are taking whole grains, beverages and differnt types of Onitsha bread.
