Woman Tweets How She Helped Her House Keeper Fool Hubby Who Wanted Her Salary...

Some people think they are wise but they are otherwise...LOL

''I wrote one time about how my housekeeper insisted I continue to pay her salary into her husband’s account. When I refused, he gave her a black eye.

So I split her salary in half, told her husband she’s lazy and I can’t continue to pay full salary for someone who’s lazy.

I opened another account in my name, paid the remaining half of her salary and extra into the account and gave her the debit card to the account to do as she pleases.

We did it that way until I was able to convince her to open her own bank account last December.

Her husband just got off the phone with me.

Husband: Good morning ma. I been say make I greet you happy new year o. May God bless you for everything you’re doing for us.

Me
: Amen

Husband
: Na my wife o. She say you never pay her December salary. We even borrow money go village...
last December. The person wey we borrow money from don dey hold my trouser. Abeg ma.

Me: May God help us my brother. This Nigeria as e dey go, make God just help us. But [HK] tell me say you don get new job now wey they pay well. Please manage until I sort her out.

Husband: [Annoying Laugh] Ah. Okay ma, we will manage. I just say make I ask you. God will provide for you ma.

Me: Amen.

[End call]

I call my House Keeper immediately.

Me: Madam your husband just call o. E say...

HK: (Cuts in) Aunty no mind am! No mind am! My mumu don do...
all the money wey hin dey get fit feed us well but he go use all drink come carry woman on top the matter. He collect November salary, carry 20k give my neighbour sister, that one na in gehfren now. 20k wey we for use for house. Abeg wetin you tell am?

Me: I tell am say I never pay you, say make una manage with his salary

HK: Ehen. Thank you ma. Na so we go dey do am for five months. Me sef wan get savings. Anything we happen we go settle am.

Me: Okay. (Changes topic to other domestic issues)

End call.

  2. Nne eh, some people dey for inside a gutter and say it is marriage.
May God help all married women who are going through difficulties; amen!
But when I yarn my Naija sisi to seek Jesus from whom every good and perfect gift comes; the only person who can change a human being, some of them will tell me to mind my business.
Let me mind my business 🤐🤐🤐🤐

    1. If the woman seeks Jesus but the man refuses to, you think things will get better? Churches are filled with woman praying and fasting for the man to change while he goes about spending his money on different women who use the money to better their lives. Then when the men are old, they remember the wife who has been emotionally abused for years. Is that life?

Please, stop it. Both the man and woman are to seek Jesus if they want their family life to be happy. Stop putting all the burden on the woman's head.

    2. Nobody said you should mind your business but stop judging the women only and try and be balanced with your preachings.
Not every one grew up like you and even had the opportunity to know Jesus or even go to church.
You can't keep seeing life from your perspective.

      See me see wahala o
I am talking about Jesus and you are talking about "churches?"
Who told you that Jesus is in all those places you call churches ?
Please if you want to know him, study your bible for that was his advice.
I do not talk to men because they are insignificant here. I talk to women because
we are more than 95% of the blog visitors and ladies are the ones that make the choice
of whom to marry or have sex with and NEVER the other way round.
Insult me all you can -and thank you. 😘😘😘😘

    4. Thank you @ 15.06. The bible says "whoever finds a wife finds a good thing".
Why the burden must be on only the woman to pray and fast before marriage is what I will never understand.

    5. What I think what she means here is that, if a lady seeks Jesus and has a walk with Him, He will show her who to marry and the stories would have reduced. If Jesus shows you a God fearing man to marry then you will have less issues to contend with. God knows does who are His.

Imagine the story of today's chronicle, if the Lady had listened to her sister she would have taken her time to choose who she wants to marry. Regardless of the fact that she was already pregnant. She would have made a better choice.
But no, today show has the HIV/AIDS. And I am not mocking her its the sad reality she finds herself in.

    6. Thanks @Lady T for talking reality
Did I at any point say that the man should not seek Jesus?
I talk to ladies because na we full here o, na we dey decide
if marriage should take place. And when the marriage dabaru, na we
dey suffer all the sufferables. 👶🏻👶🏻👶🏻

  7. That's why when i see articles about women feeling entitled, it pisses me off. Everyone is judging by the minority they see on Instagram and blogs. Do you know what the average Nigerian woman goes thru?

A vast majority are the breadwinners of their homes but they don't talk so that husband will not be shamed. The ones that are housewives have nothing to themselves and are treated like slaves by their husbands. Then they all raise sons who have observed how their fathers treated their mothers and are conditioned to believe that is the right way, then they marry women who are expected to shut up like their mothers did.

    May God help us.

    3. Thank you anon 15:01. And in all this, we won’t learn, some still have to courage to bring ‘themselves’ to the table, forgetting that life doesn’t always deal us an ‘ideal’ situation.

    4. This right here is the truth
A lot of women are the breadwinners of their homes and they still receive ill treatment for their spouse.
      Lord have mercy

      Not my portion.

    5. Even among the high income earners in oil/gas, banking etc. I have friends paying salaries to horsebands for years, receive insults and beating yet prefer to keep their homes. I know women who are based abroad, fund local horsebands who flex, womanize and marry another with wife's money. My neighbour just threw his kids out, telling everyone his wife who slaves abroad to keep him and the home is a prostitute. Squandered school fees on new 'wife.' Kids been hanging with people since last week, he doesnt care. Wife refused to tell anyone she was the bread winner from day one. She knew what she was getting into but insisted she needs respect from society and family. I blame society for the pains of most women, God didnt institute marriage for pain.

    7. Not my portion too and sometimes women should help themselves by not marrying men that don’t feel shame in being taking care of and so comfortable taking things from women, say no to entitled men and stingy men

  13. May God give some women sense. My former house keeper begged me to always pay her cash so that she can submit it to her husband. I even got her a phone cos I was tired of reaching her through her husband but the mum woman gave the phone to her hubby. 1 day the yeye man called me that he and his wife had a domestic issue and he wants me to sack her! I was shocked oh. The useless mtf was jobless and he wanted me to make his breadwinner jobless as well?! Infact he called all the places the wife works and asked that they terminate her employment. I cut both she and the yeye man off cos I can't be settling issues for people wey no get sense.

  14. Look at the type of useless men we have around,a man that should typically be a provider and breadwinner is now at ease collecting his wife’s salary and beats her and cheats on her even though he is earning something ,I pity her and thank God her boss did that for her,she should leave as soon as she can because that is not a husband. There are men that women are better single off than with
