Deputy Gov Of Lagos State Hamzat Explains Why Okada And Keke Was Banned
The Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Obafemi Hamzat,was a guest on Channels Television's Politics today on Wednesday February 12th and he said that the law banning motorcycles and tricycles in the state, has been in existence since 2012.
Hamzat denied that the ban was targeted at anyone or group and added that the rate of accidents recorded from okadas has reduced since the government implemented the ban.
