I was doing alot of moimoi with groundnut oil, which I have to put in a lot of ingredients like fish, ginger, galic, plenty tatashe or shombo, crayfish, etc. until I tried red oil moi moi during this lockdown because of management lol. Only with crayfish, yellow pepper, onion and maggi, the moi moi came out so beautiful. Now red oil moi moi ti take over in my house o

  18. Depends on what I'm cooking. But if I'm to choose one, i will go for palm oil. Palm oil can be used to cook everything, and even for frying. But groundnut oil is limited to some things

    Though palmoil stew tastes way better than stew with groundnut oil, and frying with groundnut oil is way better than palmoil.

  31. I am sure what most of you are referring to as groundout oil is actually vegetable oil. Groundout oil is made from groundout and smells same. Vegetable oil is bleached, deoudorized palm fruit oil.

    I use both, red oil for soups and vegetable or corn oil for stews.
