Lagosians Confront One Million Boys Robbery Gang...

The Coronavirus stay at home directive has led to the Emergence of an armed robbery clique who refer to themselves as the one million boys gang....

This gang robs, maims and rape when they strike.......
Before they strike, they send a letter announcing wen they would come and what they would take......The act sent shivers down the spines of Lagosians in the beginning and this seemed to encourage the one million boys to spring into full robbery activities...

There are reports in town now that since the Lagos Police are not acting,Lagosians have mobilised themselves into groups to face the one million boy one on one....

There have been reported resistance in several areas and this is encouraging people who live in non gated, non secure areas to rise up and defend themselves with bottles, knives, pestle, stones, sticks and all sorts....

What do you think about this?

Has the one million boys visited your area in Lagos recently? Was their local Vigilante?Any resistance?

    1. In my area too, they burn tires all night o and the youth in the area have been mandated to come out and defend the neighborhood. Now the question is this....how do you confront criminals with guns and other sophisticated weapons?

  7. Am a key worker. On my way from work yesterday I encountered them at ikorodu road. I blessed God that the road was free enough to enable me reverse the car in a swift face one and hid in a street along Ikorodu road. I sacrifice to go to work to take care of patients and now the road is not safe.
