I ignore calls a lot , especially meaningless ones and people say I'm rude. I don't need you calling me just to know what's up? I'm a good conversationalist but I dislike anything without depth.. Be it call, chat or even hangouts. I don't do casual.

I feel you because I'm just like you. My family gets this too. We only speak once in a while or if we have amebo to do. Since the shutdown, my phone hardly rings because nobody is calling me for business purposes. The only person that has a problem with me is my SIL. She calls me all sorts of names because I only call her on festive occasions. Now, I don't call her again sef. What am I calling her for? She calls grandma every other day and I just can't deal. Why will you want me to call you 3times a week because I married your brother? Even my husband can ignore her calls for weeks before returning it. The few times I tried calling, she will use the first few minutes to insult me for not calling since, then when I go cold over the phone, she will wrap up the conversation .Abeg. .. For peace to reign, i have left her to her personal problem. I can't help her.

DeleteThe kind of food you eat after delivery also contributes to the state of your tummy. I had flat tummy before pregnancy and got my flat tummy back within a month. I didn't use hot water to press it or sit on hot water as I was warned against that i. The hospital. I did absolutely nothing but i drank only hot water, hot tea, hot paper and I bathed with hot water, no massaging of tummy o.
While pregnant, I stopped drinking plenty beverages at seven months, I stopped eating plenty eggs and meat too. This was to prevent my baby from getting too big as it was my first. I was running from VJay tears and CS but finally had an emergency CS. During pregancy, I took plenty vegetables, fruits, fish and fibers. After giving birth through CS. I did not eat hard food, I drank light pap mixed with plenty milk and bournvita for a few days. I ate very light semovita/amala of i want to eat swallow. After two months, I started eating very soft beans, soft yam, soft everything in small quantity. I also took pumpkin leaves(ugu) juice to regain lost blood. I added pumpkin leaves to almost all my food.
So if you have been eating yam and akpu, bread, rice and the likes, the damage has been done already, waiting till after six months and started exercising to reduce your tummy.
My mum asked me to eat plenty strong food like akpu, yam, etc, back then so that 't will cover the space where baby was lying' ��������. Thank God that I lived on the internet all through and read all about CS birth.

DeleteLord knows I am really tired of the so called father and the way he talks. Please my Bvs, is there anything wrong with graduating with a 2.2 grade. Ever since he found out that’s what I got, he has been using all means possible to insult me. At any little chance, he compares me to his brother’s son who came out with a first class. The first time it happened, my mum warned him not to say such again rather he should be proud of me. The second time he said it, she also warned him that when he said it the first time, she saw how I cried that day and instead of him to apologize or something, he said yes, he’s comparing him to me because he’s better and that’s my problem if I cry and he’s not proud of the result and my enemy can’t get a job. This is the man that paid my school fees only once in my university life, didn’t give me any allowance for the whole years I was in school (only God knows how I was feeding because I honestly cannot say), yet he has the guts to say my result is useless. My clearance and convocation was supposed to hold last month but was Cancelled because of the lockdown and I was even happy because I had not paid for my clearance and when I asked him, he ignored me. (not that I was planning on going in the first place since I had nothing). Instead, he said he doesn’t have any money so I should sit down at home.

DeleteMy dear I came out with 2.2 and its not a death sentence and I am working with it and I am proud of myself..I know it can be painful coming from parents, I also faced same..But hey they actually want us to be better than them and want the best from us..Just build yourself and be true to yourself..The current job I have, they only accept 2.1 only.I proved my worth at the interview and I got the job!! Take some professional courses and engage yourself productively and you will make it..I know of someone with 3rd class, if I tell you he is working for google not Nigeria oh..So my dear take am easy..

First of all whoever wants to claim should be the next of kin, death certificate and your valid ID card and other supporting documents that shows you are eligible to the claim..I hope this helps..

DeleteYou need to go to court to process a letter of administration if the deceased died intestate(without a will). While processing same at the high court(probate section)you will be required to do all other things like present a death certificate, gazette publication at the local govt etc. When the letters of administration has been signed ,you will proceed with same to the said bank.if they still refuse to release the funds,u bring a motion to court to mandate them.All these are faster with the services of a lawyer,so brief me for this and bring your consultation fee.
