Former Beauty Queens Pay Tribute To Former Miss Lux Ibidun Ighodalo As She Journeys To 'The Other Side'

Ibidun left a week ago and it is heartbreaking for those she left behind but what will break your heart more (whether you knew her or not) are the things people have to say about her.......

  1. Do these ladies represent ibikun in their daily (social media) lives?

    1. You don't represent Ibukun in your own daily life as she won't post such a judgemental question. Stop with the sanctimony and leave the world to mourn.

    2. Represent Ididun how?! Are you ok?

    3. @Saphire
Since all of you are hailing ibidun as a good woman,
how good mannered are these ladies that lined up to talk
good of her? The only one I know is number one and that for
drama filled social media life and "marital" life. Ka ji ko?

    4. And since when did Ibidun become Jesus or Mother Mary that they should model their lives after biko? You are not ok o. Who ever said Ididun was perfect, sinless and without human weakness? Na wah o.

    1. You people should stop asking all this questions pls, you think people need to be sick before they die abi? Its not like that my dear.

    2. Why won't people ask. Nigeria has a way of sweeping everything under the carpet. Was it not this blog we read that they wanted to poison her. She had her security arrested. We need answrs8

    3. In 2015 she suffered a serious health challenge, and she was flown abroad for treatment, seeing someone looking radiant doesn't mean all is well health wisely, may her soul rest in peace

    4. Allow us ask please,It's shocking for someone to die just like that,May God rest her beautiful soul.

    5. It's worth asking o. She died alone in a hotel room in far away Porthacourt in the middle of a lockdown/pandemic and everything is shushed just like that. Haba! We respect their privacy but we care for that angelic soul. There might be an embarrassing foul play somewhere. Someone commented she "gave in" yesterday. Another anonymous said she wasn't half as happy as she appeared to the world and was depressed. Anyway, things like this will keep people speculating until the truth bursts open.
      Rest on Angel.

  6. I think we should do all these more when the person is still alive than waiting till death before celebrating the good ones.
At least to encourage people to do good.
All these to me is just....
Does the dead use internet to see all these?

    1. She deserved more celebration when she was here by non family members/public. I also regret that. Even just her contribution to the infertility topic at a time when she was still waiting was courageous and had never really been done in Nigeria. It’s only ever discussed here during testimony time.

    2. She was celebrated very well when she was alive and still celebrated in death so nothing wrong here.

    3. I believe she was celebrated while she was alive too. The legacy she left is the reason why almost everyone have great things to say about her. It’s very obvious she was loved.

  10. Words are not enough to describe ibidunni
Is it the tributes from friends and family
Or the daughter who said her mom feels everyone's pain and she doesn't know where she came from or the brother in law who said they are twins.

Ibidunni was an angel in human form.
So sad but please rest well in the Lord.
May God strengthen your husband and kids.

  11. Ibidun is just an angel not a human. God sent her on an assignment and she carried it out very well. Rest on beautiful woman!

    1. Go and make her happy in the grave nu, because she's not adult enough to know what's good for her.

  16. She was a humble, down to earth beauty who like everyone of us had her flaws. Her perfections far outweigh her percieved imperfections. She had love in her heart to pour out, and pour out did she to her dear ones. Her mission on earth, though shortlived was accomplished. We will never have all the answers, our consolation should rest in the fact that she was herself.
