    1. Loud it. My 1st year in university I was so naive. I saw my married cousin came to drop his babe after weekend in my hostel, na so I march go the babe room and warned her stay away from my cousin or I will tell his wife(I'm still wondering till date what gave me guts). Gra gra no let me stay till coming weekend, I travelled home on a Wednesday and first went to his wife to report. I then visited a friend before heading home. People of God, when I got home, Mumsy was just raking that she didn't send me to school to destroy another's marriage. Mumsy told me my cousin's wife said she no send me to give her situation report, make I face the book I go readπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. My mummy later told me it's not everything I see I talk about especially when it has to do with marriage. Omo since then, anytime I see my Cousin with babes, I will just go and greet him and he will dash me plenty money. #memories. #naivemethen.

    1. I learnt my lesson last week , my neighboir that has been staying together for 10 years with only introduction , the lady has a 15 years old son and the man hasn’t , she caught the man cheating and called the girl to beg her to leave her man alone , the man asked her to kill her son so that they can be equal . The man told her to leave and be coming as girlfriend , she was crying and went to tell like 3 of us neighbor that she is leaving . This lady hadly feed well , she will beg for maggi from me and beg pepper from another before she can cook . She complain of not eating since and I gave her 1k to eat o, I was shocked the next day she said her husband has begged her and told me to take my 1k back since she is not packing out again , I couldn’t cry. I learnt my lesson

  6. Ah I have been there. Decades ago when I was a small girl in uni, I had a friend whose bf used to beat the shit out of her. I begged and begged her to leave him. I even caught him cheating on her me being a mumu I told her. She wept and said she will leave him. she went to confront him and told him I was the one that told her to do so. Next thing I heard I wanted to break up their love and she started carrying face for me. I was weak but I learnt my lesson And learnt not to chook mouth inside wetin no concern me. Fast forward to now. They actually got married and have 3 children and he beats the hell out of her in their presence. In fact it has reached the stage of her using a knife to defend herself. When she comes crying now I just keep quiet and tell her sorry. She will ask me if she should leave him and I say it’s her decision. I have learnt my lesson enh. As Stella said if mad man don beat u b4, if u see mechanic u go run!!!

  9. This is my younger brother now. ever since last year he got married,na so so fight oo. the wife has never ever washed before, my brother taught her how to use washing machine, she said she doesn't know how to use it. my brother washes her clothes, bedsheets, cover clothe,do housechores too like cooking, cleaning cooker. funny enough, the wife doesn't work nor has saving yet she's so lazy. he calls to report but I told him to pray ooo. d wife doesn't respect him at all. she shouts at him, argues with him all the time. they keep malice like for days. The mother of the girl supports her.
she gave birth recently and she said she does not want to see my mother ooo. they fought seriously that my mum shldnt come. we are yorubas ,so it's the sons mother that comes to take care of the grandchild.
her mother is with her now, both of them join hands together to fight my brother and he in turns calls me pouring frustration on me. he also complains she doesnt know how to manage woth him. he said he can load 1k for her and she will use everything to call immediately. she doesnt like walking but my brother must drive her around for the tiniest thing.
he's always complaining to me and I do t know how to talk to his wife. my husband has warned me never to hook mouth for their matter again. he said whenever they argue, the wife always say, she's supposed to be a lawyer and she's also a feminist. he said if he divorces her,the mother is ready to accept her back. too much to say but can write only few.
what can u advice becuase my brother is always complaining and always angry

    2. This is your brother's side, what of the wife's side? What of the truth?

You can't be objective in your reasoning because he is related to you? Do you live with them to know the happenings in their home?

Your husband is passing a message by indirectly telling you to concentrate on your home because you may be worse than the wife but he is just tolerating you, ask your husband's relative.

    5. He should do the best he can and is obligated to do, and leave the rest.
E.g make a home budget and stick to it.
Wash only his clothes and leave hers.
Oz he budgets 1k recharge card in a week, he should stick to it. If she exhausts it, she should stay without.

He must have a savings culture. More of a place he keeps money and can't collect it. Cos I'm future, he will be poor.

He should constantly correct her in love, but put his foot down

    6. @xoxo,mind what you say. I am not wicked to my husband's family ,I respect them a lot! I am a Christian and I believe that what goes around comes around, meaning, you recap whatever you sow.
My husband told me that because anytime I tell my brother to put his foot down,he in turn tells me he can do whatever he likes with his own family. He even told me he reported to his colleague at his place of work and they were even accusing him why he would be washing clothes for a woman. The wife said shes a feminist.
Please, just because I brought my brouhaha here doesn't mean you should talk as if you know me directly.
Xoxo, I also hope you are humble and not proud and also respectful to your husband's family.Even if they step on your head, just laugh and smile,Madam know all........

I will talk about married people here.
For one of the spouses to ever invite a third party into any spousal issue is infantile behavior and a
    sign of outright immaturity.
If there is beating in a marriage, that is like a man beating himself, isn't he insane?
If peradventure you are invited like in the case above, please it is wrong to suggest that the woman "divorce." Yea, leaving for safety due to threat to life is okay, but nobody should join or break a marital union. What God has joined together, let no person put asunder...allow the woman in this case to decide when to break the marriage. God hates divorce and will not take it kindly to anyone that breaks a marital union. A word to those ladies that seduce, snatch and flee. 🀸🏻‍♀️🀸🏻‍♀️🀸🏻‍♀️🀸🏻‍♀️🀸🏻‍♀️🀸🏻‍♀️🀸🏻‍♀️🀸🏻‍♀️🀸🏻‍♀️🀸🏻‍♀️🀸🏻‍♀️🀸🏻‍♀️🀸🏻‍♀️

Jesus taught that if a spouse commits adultery, the other CAN divorce him/her,
He did not teach that divorce should be the rule in such a case.
However, it is still the woman for e.g. that should take the decision to divorce,
do not stampede her into doing it. Hope I can 🀸🏻‍♀️🀸🏻‍♀️🀸🏻‍♀️🀸🏻‍♀️🀸🏻‍♀️🀸🏻‍♀️🀸🏻‍♀️🀸🏻‍♀️🀸🏻‍♀️🀸🏻‍♀️🀸🏻‍♀️🀸🏻‍♀️🀸🏻‍♀️🀸🏻‍♀️🀸🏻‍♀️🀸🏻‍♀️

  16. I have learnt a big lesson, my once best friend, we were just too close that we once practice lesbianism, it happened we were single and went clubbing, came back tipsy and both horny, so we ended up helping each other.
We never had it and that act kind of bonded us, we became super close and we both pretended it never happened and no one talked about it.
I got married and with kids, for her desperate move to meet up with me she got pregnant to a seria fighter, a thug and a core illiterate.
We were all shocked, I was the only one bold to tell her she made a great mistake, she admitted and said she will quit.
I didn't hear from her until I got a call and she said she need to see me, she came with a 2yrs old boy and a big tummy, yes.. She is pregnant again, she said she told her thug man all I said about him, and he told her never to pick my calls or reply me, and he blocked my number, I said, ok.. When I tried reaching, I gave up because I knew it was exactly what I had thought.
Now she showed me marks of bite, burnt, bruise, I told her to call social service, she said she will, yesterday I got a call from the bastard telling me, na you dey advice my wife to call social people for me? Anywhere we see you go explain.
Now I have gone to report to police, my fear now is since we are blacks, here I am they may let the deed be done before they interfere.
See what my mouth as caused.

  21. This one just reminded me of one of my lodge mate back then in school.

The guy beats her every damn day. Like, it became a norm. If he goes for lectures and she doesn't come home early to cook, beating. If she yells any other guy 'hi' beating. If she even breathes oxygen more than him, another beating. I don't know na, cos I was new in the compound.

So, one day, he started beating her again, and she ran into my room. As the guy was about to enter my room to resume the beating, I just shouted his name, dared him to enter my room, let me show him Edo madness. That was how he paused, looked at me from head to toe, hissed and went back. The girl was crying inside with her eyes swollen. Good girl me now went in to console her and advice her to leave the idiot. Omor, it wasn't up to 2hours that she went back in, I started hearing 'oh, argh! Hit me baby, yes! Oooh, dig it, yeah, faster! Ha! Was it not someone that was crying few hours ago? Na so my neighbors burst laugh. Say na so o.. after beating her, he gives her multiple orgasms. Hian? The following day, oga came to warn people to stay away from their relationship, that what he does is none of our business. Sister sef, stopped talking to me. Hmm. I kuku mind my business.

After a few months, he gave her the beating of her life again, this time she fainted! They rushed her to the hospital, called her family to come and carry their daughter o. The mom later got the guy arrested.

That was how one friend said I wanted to snatch her abusive bf.
Egbami, a guy that beats you not only privately but also publicly, tears your clothes, hits you with planks and anything his hands can find, calls you a witch and hindrance in the presence of anyone who cares to watch and listen, that was who she said I wanted to snatch. 😱😱

He kisses to my nipples drives me crazy, the way he holds me when sucking my clits was just out of the world and when he bangs me, I scream without knowing it. That guy has a strange hold on me that even wonders me, yet I know I didn't want to marry him cos we are from different tribes. We once had a fight cos of a woman he was cheating on me wit, he sent the woman out in my presence.
One day we had a misunderstanding and he left for months, only to come back and we made up. I knew in my heart that he had gotten married but I didn't send cos the fuck dey sweet me. And that was how I became a side chick to a guy that once proposed to me. The wife shout tire, but I'll make him travel to spend weekends wit me. Chai...wetin prick do me.

This man brings in different girls to sleep in the house. His wife likes to travel to be with her parents a lot, so license to cheat. If you see how she talks nice about this man, I just look at her and smile, I'm like you have no idea. This man has made advances on all the single ladies in that area including me and we all turned him down. My fear is that, this man might transmit diseases to her to be honest, I really fear for her. 29. I learnt a heartbreaking lesson on this exact topic just last week.
My older brother got married last year, this year oga has been beating up the wife like mad, meanwhile when they were preparing for their marriage and I got to know uncle beats his GF at the time I adviced sister to opt out, she is always about what people will say.
Fast forward to last week aunty has been away for a month for domestic violence, went to stay with a friend and my brother ask me to go and beg on his behalf, went there, had a heart to heart talk with the friend who has accommodated her for weeks now and we arrived at a very great solution for the lady so atleast as she no want leave the marriage husband will be scared to beat her again, we asked aunty to involve her family let her husband come and write Undertaking and promise to never do it, meanwhile, the girl has a very bad way of talking so the family kept blaming her for being beaten up by the husband (never seen such stupidity in my life)no doubt she get am foe body and e reach to slap her but I don't agree with anyone beating anyone in marriage.
People of God,my brother said the most unthinkable things to me after that day I visited o, Uncle change am foe me badly and made it clear her and his fire cracker wife have reconciled and back together.
I have never ever given anyone relationship advise as e be say I dey mince my business but I felt my brother needed help as per blood.
I simply apologize and made it clear the good thing is he knows the kind of wife of he married so if she lied to you am sure you know.
Tell am not to ever involve me again for their matter.

Fast forward to some years later in the marriage, the man wanted to marry another young girl, my friend cried and she was not up to 30 then, she already have four children. The man no hear, he married another girl, abandoned my friend like the previous wives before her. It is easier to advice when the relationship never enter marriage, but once na marriage I’ll advice you to endure that marriage is not easy except it is my sister involved then I can advice her and support her, na so my sis in-law was engaged to get married, she was already pregnant but white wedding was in a few months, dude was raising his voice and even pushed her, chatting different girls on Facebook and when she confronted him, he wasn’t sorry and was even keeping malice with her, intact he never Apologizes when he is wrong instead he ignores her, when she called to tell me all these crying, I asked her, do you still want to marry him? She said no, I said then the time to quit is now, but her mother and my hubby her brother said I don’t want her to marry , that she should forgive him and marry him, I just told her one thing, bear in mind that he won’t change, if you have chosen to forgive also choose to turn a blind eye and endure all, also know that if in future you still want to quit, I’m always here for you but for now enjoy your marriage and love your husband the way he is, I still worry for her and hope she is truly happy though.

  35. Sometime last year, a lady I am following on FB posted a story about how a lady came to her for advice on domestic violence going on in her marriage. She advised the lady accordingly and told her to save her life. The lady agreed to do so but never got back to her. She eventually stumbled on the lady and asked how far, only for the lady to shockingly reveal that she couldn't do leave her husband, she loves him so much bla bla bla. She resorted to minding he business only for the news to get to her that the lady was dead, killed by her very domestic violent husband by driving a spoon down her VJay. It was heartbreaking πŸ’” to say the least
