DeleteCuppy dear ‘I believe you’ π€£π€£π€£
DeleteYeah right
DeleteThe platform came from him
ReplyDeleteThe journey afterwards may or may not have been yours
Well, I think ‘You’ are what you are working with, and ‘you’ includes your talent, background, life experiences, character (e.g hardwork or diligence). You can’t do anything about the pedigree you are born into. She has a talent she is actively pushing, collaborating with other musicians, even appearing in skits. She shouldn’t be getting hate, in fact, we Nigerians should stop hating on wealth, for no reason other than its presence.
DeleteSome people don’t even know her sisters to the same degree as we know her.
Nigerians do not hate on wealthy people. Stop that assumption. What we hate is when people that have raped our economy blind, change their image and expect us to buy their new story hook line and sinker.
DeleteDJ Cuppy is where she is because of her father. I have nothing against her but I will rather applaud wizkid and laycon
Anon 11:32, I do get where you are coming from, but isn’t your position also an assumption/generalization? Ones efforts are automatically damned when the parents are wealthy? That doesn’t seem fair, especially as the offspring isn’t really the ‘culprit’ when it comes to raping our resources.
DeleteIt is well
ReplyDeleteWhat hard work? You need to hear yourself girl! Your music is worse than wacky and for your DJ work, it's nothing to write home about. Your transitions are horrible and your mix isn't damnable. So, tell me what hard work you talking about?
DeleteNo be only hardwork na Fireworkππππππ
ReplyDeletePlease is it 'hard work' that bought the Ferrari for you? Just asking.
ReplyDeleteHelp me ask her oooo

DeleteShe is inside her Ferrari
I think it's a combination of both, sweets. You may be hardworking all you want but you still need the right sources to give you that pivotal break
ReplyDeleteTrue, her father's name opened doors for her but she created a niche for herself as a successful DJ
ReplyDeleteHard work and her father's influence paved way for her!
ReplyDeleteI still love you Cuppy
Go joo
ReplyDeleteYour papa gave you the platform to show case the"hardwork"
Ok.πΆπΆπΆπΆπΆ
ReplyDeleteOk dear,we have heard you.If it were just hard work, bricklayers would have been billionaires by now.

DeleteHmmmmmmm if not fΓ³r her surname, .media moguls rΓ³und the world will not put up with her crappy childish music or boring barbie girl fashion sense for a minute..
ReplyDeleteDavido should be the owner of this photo caption, not you Cuppy.
Chizzy j
Gone are those days when billionaires in Nigeria are introverts & wants to eat their money in peace.
ReplyDeleteThese days, most of our billionaires are acting like they are social media starved & feeds off on the attention that comes from it.
Every billionaire now wants to be popular.
Terry Wayas a classic example.
DeleteShe should please be quiet!!! Be grateful, use your opportunities but please be quiet.
ReplyDeleteYou hardwork also got you to ring the NSE bell last year abi?
ReplyDeleteYou try well, try harder next tune please.
Okay...o
ReplyDeleteEven though I think her music is not it, I like the fact that she still sings nonetheless.
ReplyDeleteShe's making effort instead of sitting down doing nothong
Michael Otedola ex Lagos state governor that stole public funds to enrich his generations unborn...✓✓✓✓✓✓
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, Nigerians do not care about how you made your money, but will worship the ground you work on, so long you have money. It's indeed true that:"every nation gets the government it deserves".
Did she say hard work???
ReplyDeleteI don't want to talk too much today so let me just waka pass.
But his name paved ways and opened doors for youπππ
ReplyDeleteCuppy, let's be real. You had access to resources, opportunities, and people that without your name you would not have had. Yes, you showed up and did the work, but don't act like doors that are closed to gifted and excellent DJs did not easily open for you. Thank your father for working hard and putting his nose to the grindstone to allow you and your siblings the opportunities and lifestyle you have. Do not omit him in your quest to prove yourself independent. He paved that road for all of you with his blood, sweat, and tears. Thank him and it is perfectly alright to admit it.
ReplyDeleteLol, this dj cuppy funny o! What hard work pls? I will only believe the hard work when you learn how to properly dj and transition and mix songs well. You just have good packaging and a great team. Asa Asika did a good job. I watched your cuppy take Africa and it was the most nonsense thing cuz you have no talent, being a dj is like a hobby or a play thing or maybe you’re acting out a character. You’re beautiful no doubt, but you’re a boring barbie persona that never gets her fashion right. The music seems a bit okay cuz you have money to throw around n feature anyone. Without your dads name, if it was purely based on talent, most ikorodu dj’s will be better than you. I think u need to start the hard work from scratch cus ppl are just licking your ass.
