    2. Phoenix, you are RIGHT ON POINT❗πŸ’―%✔️

Not just HR in corporate Nigeria, bosses, teamleads and supervisors need to add that page #behuman in corporate character!
The bullying, verbal and emotional abuse as well as victimization should stop❗

Most people/employees go through a lot in their personal/family lives.
Some are depressed and on the brink of ending it all - by just a little shove.

Look out for people especially the junior staff and contract.

People are going through TOUGH TIMES!

A little kindness, a smile, a kind word, a gift (groceries , a tip, a chat, transport fare and even unused items you can give out).

Don't just drive out of your office or Estate in your big, flashy care. Stop by and show a little kindness to your security men.

      BE KIND. IT HEALS!🌍 πŸ™πŸ’ž

  7. I hope I’m not missing the point. And, I’m glad he got the job. But, a more serious candidate would have asked his wife to go for a walk with the kids. Sit outside in the garden. Anything to avoid losing this job interview to someone else after 3 years of searching. He’s lucky he got a compassionate interviewer.

    1. What if it was raining or snowing, what if it was an impromptu interview without notice, what if the interview was at night, what if they lived in an unsafe neighborhood? There are so many questions we dont have the answer to. Pick the lesson of the story.

    2. 10:39 and if it's cold outside or one of the children isn't feeling well?

      Mr/Mrs prim and proper❗πŸ™„

This your heart of stone needs a lesson in kindness and empathy.

  8. Maybe this is an ignorant question but let me ask.

Couldn't the wife have stepped out with the kids even for a walk during the time of this interview to avoid the kids making noise? I'm sorry but I think that's careless on their part. What if the interviewer didn't register his displeasure which gave him the opportunity to explain himself. He sure would have lost that opportunity I guess. Unless there is another explanation, to me, the man is just careless and didn't take the interview serious as he should have.

    4. Shola thank you for that rejoinder.

10:44 if God waited for you to get rid of your stony heart, He wouldn't have SENT His Son JESUS CHRIST to redeem you from your sins or answered ANY OF YOUR PRAYERS.😣

That's the difference between you and that employer.

  12. Wow! That's nice of the employer!
    Love it!

  13. Thank God for his wife.
How many ladies "loving this" will still support this
man in his struggles after losing his job?
His new name would have become "useless man, lazy man,"
That's what I've always read from most chronicles.
Let's learn the main lesson. Life can change. Wherever you
find yourself, be nice and content. 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

    1. ANG you and OP (Out of Point) are inseparable. I bet your lecturers simply cross out your answers sheets without bothering to read it.

Is the man's post about wives' attitude towards husbands OR A LESSON ON KINDNESS?

ANG see a shrink. Your apathy towards women is distorting your psyche❗
