FRIDAY SPONTANEOUS POST

 #friday #itiswell #speechless #broken #dontstopradiatingjoy #itiswhatitis #namaste #whatisgoodabouthemorning #mypeopleperished #endsars #endbrutality #endbadgovernance #hisss

Good Morning....

Hope we are all OK?

Let me use this Opportunity to say that my inbox is full of complaints and i want you all to know that i try as much as possible to regulate the comments here and i am not in support of BV Eesah's insensitive comments on posts relating to the EndSARS protest......I understand what he is trying to say but it is wrong timing to gloat over people's pain.....

I have mailed him on this and beg that we stop making any posts about him,his comments will not be enabled at this sensitive time if it continues to be insensitive....

Please forgive him and move on and stop diverting the posts......

All the healing i had achieved went down the drain after listening to the President's speech on Thursday and felt so hurt that he ignored my fellow Nigerians who lost their lives at the Lekki tollgate...I am in total shock.

Please stay safe wherever you are and if there is curfew in your city, please stay indoors, you can only fight a bad course if you are alive.

God bless Nigeria.....

E go be.............✌

  1. WORD FOR TODAY

LEAVE THE JUDGING TO THE JUDGE

‘Judge nothing before the appointed time.’
    1 Corinthians 4:5 NIV

Judging others is like breathing – it comes naturally. And sometimes the worst critics are Christians who use Scripture as their weapon of choice. So if you’re the one being judged, try to remember these four things:

    1) Show humility. If you’re guilty, admit it to God, yourself, and the appropriate others. Confession brings honesty and spiritual growth (see 1 John 1:9).

    2) Know your Bible. Satan took Scriptures out of context to try to trap Jesus, but Jesus knew the context so He didn’t fall for it (see Luke 4:1-13). When the Bible is taken out of context, remember God isn’t aiming at you. And when you’re rightly judged by God’s Word, don’t despair; it doesn’t mean He’s mad at you. He loves you – just as you love your children even when they disobey, and use their actions as ‘teaching moments’ to develop them. ‘The Lord disciplines the one he loves, and…chastens everyone he accepts as his son’ (Hebrews 12:6 NIV).

    3) Don’t be goaded into trying to defend yourself. Judgmental people aren’t interested in facts – they just want to feel good by making you feel bad. Pick your battles wisely, and don’t waste time on the unimportant. Here’s how Paul responded to his critics: ‘I care very little if I am judged by you or…any human court’ (1 Corinthians 4:3 NIV).

    4) Don’t volunteer for the jury. If God doesn’t find you guilty, don’t judge yourself. Follow Paul’s example: ‘Indeed, I do not even judge myself’ (v. 3 NIV).

If you’re wrong, confess it, and by God’s grace correct it. Then make up your mind to live your life free from condemnation.
    Word For Today.

  2. Our government has done it again.
They've succeeded in changing the narrative. They have succeeded in changing the fight for good governance to ethnoreligious war. And unfortunately, the masses are buying to it and fighting each other. They are busy destroying their businesses and properties in the name of retaliation.

Government paid(northern) thugs burnt your car stand but you're destroying your northern neighbours shop just to get back at the northern thug. I'm sorry to say this but you're no different from the thug that burnt down your car stand and you're dancing to the tune of the government; that's exactly what they want and they are getting it.

Have you ever wondered why this ethnoreligious fight mostly happen in the ghettos, slums or poor neighborhoods and not the elite's neighborhood.

Our public assets are also being destroyed and we think we're doing the government. I weep for Nigeria. Does the elites move with public transports/ BRT? This is doing more harm than good.

You want to hear the truth?
The truth is that a lot of Nigerians are like SARS but don't have the power and gun yet.

    2. Seeing the callous murder of innocent lives was traumatizing. These past days have been hard watching videos and reading all the wickedness in the DNA of Nigeria army that shamelessly deny who ordered the shooting of innocent national anthem singing youths. Adding that to the rioters looting and destroying homes and businesses of private individuals is enough psychological torture.

I would rather watch a full tank of pumped water spill water to the ground than watch what the cloned man in Aso Rock is saying. Waste of time.

    3. If you all think Buhari is going to leave that seat come 2023 then you better go and think well. Nigeria made the biggest mistake voting Buhari, before 2023 the plan is to start a war and waste anybody who in anyway oppose this government, the people that are yet to be fully roped into this whole mess is the South and East, they will become one , the militants are coming ready to risk their lives for the country to be liberated and liberation will come when the country is divided but the north will fight with their lives to make sure it never happens. Unfortunately the west won’t ha e it easy cos they have sold their birthright to the north so the north won’t let the west go, the west will be joined to the north.
You can take this to the bank, I am not speculating, events to come will show you in 4D what I have just said, though your godfathers will go against each other but the west has already been sold to the north. You can take my world to the bank.
I AM NOT SPECULATING, THIS IS A FACT

  3. In 2015, a group of intellectuals, professionals, insurance and economic czars sat down, and decided they were tired of Goodluck Jonathan's weak approach to governance. They picked a replacement and gave him all their support. They told us he was the best thing to happen to Nigeria. Let me be clearer, Professors Wole Soyinka &Pat Utomi, Dr Oby Ezekwesili, and many other SANs and gurus picked and passionately supported what we have as president today! The guy I'm talking about has never been intelligent and has never pretended to be even when he was younger. He moves around with this empty arrogance garnished with antediluvian ignorance. They were adults when he ruled in the early 80s as a dictator unlike most of us. Imagine where a lion, cheetah, tiger and leopard decide to pick a tortoise as their leader! The truth is, even the animals I just used as an example will never make such a mistake. Are you telling me these animals will make a better judgement than the professionals I mentioned up there? Does it mean I even insult these animals when I call this place a wildlife? So a wildlife is even better than what we have. Jesus Christ!
A country where its citizens have to practically beg their leader to address them for more than 2 weeks! Even when he did, it was devoid of the minutest empathy despite having tens of his citizens brutally murdered. Common!
How can one person be so bereft of emotional intelligence? I'm not kidding, real tears flowed from my eyes when I watched that video and another where I saw somebody's brain severed and laying down next to his body. A president saw all this and didn't consider it worthy of a mention in his broadcast! And you get mad when I even pity this enclave by calling it a zoo?

Uhmmmmm.. The youths were bullied. You know that kind of fight that your opponent brings armour tank and missile to fight, while you only came with your voice only.

Cmon, let us show them we are their elders and tell them we have been in this game for 40 years.. Who are they?

But, we tell you, we won't be intimidated. You disrespected us and bullied us, just because we ask for our rights.

Well, our eyes are now opened. 2023 seems far, but we will get there.

  26. I hope everyone here is safe and okay physically and mentally? 😔

These past days have been tough for me mentally and emotionally💔, i have had a deep thought and processing about everything that has occured that may scar some people for their entire lifetime and the consequences of such actions and even a presidential 12 mins speech after a 48 hour silence made me understand that truly we are in God’s hand, as we need God to protect us and make us never be in the wrong place at the wrong time because with almost everything have seen from politicians, the police, army and even thugs over various incidents, one can never be too safe in this country😔, i have been worried and have had to be strong in encouraging and trying to make friends and some of my family members to be strong.

i have tried my best to avoid social media for 2 days now and it was even hard not to check on this blog, i had to turn off my data for twitter, but whatsapp status was too hard to ignore and trust me no matter how strong you are, it gets to you even a little bit, but i believe we shall see their end God willing and during 2023 election if we reciprocate the same energy and support we all stood up for that saw the END SARS peaceful protest be such a proud moment of most Nigerians who were already used to the suffering and smiling and accepting anything the government says we must abide to🤦🏽‍♂️, if we can even double our effort and somehow the election is free and credible, then we can start a new Nigeria that supports his citizens with the way donations were made selflessly & anonymously to aid others and lawyers were standing up for strangers who could not afford them on a daily basis, also accountability with the way the funds were daily explained on his uses and so many other things that makes me so sure we are our own saviors and we shall get there and all witness it without our lives or expectations will be cut short in Jesus name 🙏🏾

Please those who are also going through any traumatic or emotional state with regards to anything going on,🙏🏾 please try and speak to someone and let it out, we are all we got this period so let’s look out for one another and please BV’s be safe wherever you are i beg of you all🙏🏾🙏🏾

We have been too gullible for too long and the fear they instill us that we can't do it.

Let me tell you we have conquered that FEAR and we now know we have the power to turn things around.

They are scared now because of our organization, accountability and transparency during this protest, they never saw it coming.

There are next agenda now would be how to discredit, destabilize and try to divide us by playing the tribal, ethnicity and religion thing which they started already.

When Buhari only son had a motor bike accident years back.He was moved to Germany for medical attention can you guys believe that when he came back to Aso rock Abuja, Buhari couldn't even hug him. He sat down and was asking his son in hausa how he was doing! My people what you don't have you can't give. Buhari doesn't have anything to give. I never supported his presidency from day one. My mother told me that Buhari cannot deliver Nigeria it is not in him. During his tenure as Military head of state Idiagbon was the brain behind the success of his then tenure. Idiagbon was a true Nigerian! May his soul rest in peace. Nigeria is a blessed nation! We have cried and suffered for so long ! Please God help us now more than ever. Buhari must Go! 40. Infact Stella the speech made me speechless, no remorse,no empathy, see the way he totally ignored the lekki genocide, he was there ranting about what they had done for the masses as if it's another campaign, may God heal the land. I'm officially tired of this country gaskiya

    ReplyDelete
  41. His speech lacks emotions and empathy. He focused more on what the administration has supposedly done and did not apologise to the victims of Lekki Massacre. In summary, there were a lot of veiled threat in his speech and he threatened more than he comforted. Although he was making sense initially but its like his speech writer became confused on which way to go.

Let us not forget that most of you voted this party into government in 2015. Some of you had biblical quotations to back your reasoning. I am in no way supporting former President Jonathan's government because it was still nothing exciting but couldnt we do better? Why do we believe in two party system in Nigeria despite the multi party system we have. We have opportunities to elect someone fresh and new but we like recycled politicians who have nothing to show for their years in public office.

    For the protesters
    What next?

For the hoodlums acting like they were part of the protesters, what next?
You can't burn down the whole country because its the poor that will suffer it. You had the opportunity to elect someone different but you sold your birthright for bags of rice and onions.

You have to take this dialogue to international communities but will anything be achieved? Every country has sovereignty and independence to rule. The change you desire is in your hands. Must it be APC , PDP or any parties by recycled politicians?

    Patience is key
2023 is far but not far enough
The question is, will you remember? Will you remember Lekki Massacre or will you go back and vote PDP , APC or any new party formed by the recycled politicians.

Look at Ebonyi state governor, look at transformation in his state within such a short period. Though the people still deserve better but if he can do it, what about your governors?

Releasing prisoners is a thoughtless act because it will increase crime.

  43. Good morning blog Visitors. I thank God a new day has come. We all should stay calm and start preparing for 2023 elections. I do not support violence of any kind. The only way we can enjoy the dividends of democracy is by voting in the right people. The onus is on us to start using our handles and platforms for positive sensitization of the masses.

The president's speech should not deter us. He only succeeded in humiliating and disgracing himself and those supporting him. Reverend Kuka had already told us in the morning of yesterday that the president is receiving wise counsel and no life was lost at the lekki toll gate. So what were you guys expecting the president to say. The army openly told us the unlawful display by it's men were false and the commander in chief has been briefed. Then why were Nigerians expecting him to commiserate with the youths. Please do not clamour for any address from the president again,it will only be adding more pain to the already broken spirit.

There is a saying that a leopard can never change its spots and you cannot teach an old dog new skills or tricks. What we have seen and heard is the same Buhari in military and civilian rule. So let is us put the badly composed and insensitive speech behind us and move onto greater things.

Peace to us all and may God continue to intervene in our good interest as we pray for a better Nigeria.

  49. Yesterday’s evening broadcast was the height of it,no form of remorse or empathy,no assurance that the citizens will be fine, no hope, nothing.

After rumbling through the first and second paragraph,I stopped watching when I started hearing farmer money, tradermoney?like what the hell?😩 what about those who lost their lives?.may the soul of those departed through the mercy of God rest in Peace.
The only solution we have now is too pray like never before,M F M style.only God can save us at this point.

  52. I was still recovering from the president's speech that left me speechless yesterday until i unlocked my phone this morning and read somewhere that the palliatives that was hidden at mazamaza yesterday was supposed to be shared on the day the Endsars protest started but the sharing was stopped by hoodlums that disrupted the protest...I fainted and woke up again. Our government are bunch of liars and evil minded. I weep for Naija.

  54. Stella I need you to enable my last comment. It will be unfair to let one not defend one's self. I read the ppst and comments this morning and Eka Joy's comment was really crass and uncalled for. Heaping the blood of innocent of whose head. Going back to the 2015 post you could see we where all having a field day. So why will you enable eka's hateful speech.

    2. My comment did not include you in any brouhaha. I only asked you to enable my comment addressing the 2015 election. Since you are not seeing anything wrong in what eka said no problem.

  55. Were you all expecting something better than what Said Baba said yesterday??? I wasn't so I was not disappointed. This is what you get when you bring someone with no good record into office. The people who packaged him and sold him to you in 2015 knew exactly who he was.

God will punish all of them one by one.
