1. First, I would like to set a few records straight.
Yes, I have children, but I have never been married before. This is my first marriage and my first attempt at building a home with someone.
2. Precious and I were never “doing content.” Our relationship and marriage are real.
We have visited our families, the major traditional rites have been fulfilled (which makes her my wife).
Consequently,we have been preparing for our wedding ceremony scheduled for November.
3. We had already taken our pre-wedding photos and videos, excited and looking forward to flooding the internet with beautiful memories of our journey together until the recent discovery changed everything.
4. I even had the honour of taking her to meet the living ancestor who is also my daddy, Chief Pete Edochie, and officially introducing her to him as my wife. He blessed our union and prayed for a lasting marriage for us ( the videos has leaked and it's currently in circulation but we will post the official videos soon).
5. But beyond setting the record straight, there is something far more important that I need to say. I use this medium to state unequivocally that I am deeply sorry for the hurt and pain I have caused my precious wife, Happiness Eni Nwokolo.
6. Baby, I know that words alone cannot undo hurt. I am not perfect. I am a work in progress.
What matters now is not how well I explain myself to the public, but the kind of husband I choose to become from this moment forward.
7. I take responsibility for my actions, and I promise to learn from this, grow from it, and be a better husband to you going forward.
