      When David wanted to go fight with Goliath the Philistine giant, there were many opinions on his he should go about it. They gave him heavy armours, head shield, a really big sword etc. But, no, that wasn't David's way, neither was it God's plan. He took off those distractions- the shield and the rest (voices in our case) and went with only his catapult (so unconventional right?) and he killed Goliath..
