TUESDAY SPONTANEOUS POST....

 #tuesday #goodmorning #moin-moin #ekaro ndewo #abokikaiii -countdownto2021 #Godisawesome  #itsjustanumber #abrahamsblessingsloading #coronavirusisreal #omgomgomg

Moin- Moin...............

How una dey?make i nack small pidgin ojare, sometimes grammar tire person......

(please note if you are new to this blog that ''Moin -Moin'' is a form of greeting in a part of Germany and not the moin moin you use beans to make)

My awareness campaign for Covid 19 will be intensive from now on........

Someone who used to say Covid 19 is a scam is down with it right now...I spoke with her yesterday on the phone and she is in shock, sneezing badly, coughing and in a lot of pain....She is Nigerian and lives in Nigeria and is kinda quite known...I asked her why she is not announcing it and she says she will only when she gets better...I asked her ''what about the people who have come in contact with you before you were diagnosed ''?....

What can a ''Brother'' do for you?

-he can help you up when you are down..

-he can be your eyes when you cant see..

-he lets you know when he has put you in harms way..

-He can be your Yes or no when you can't make choices.....

Please be your brother's keeper and don't keep quiet if you have put them in harm's way!!!

Least i forget, please if you have a home cleaning service around Okokomaiko and its environs or you provide daycare services to elderly couples, please contact me on my email address at the footnote of this post...

So,there will be no crossover Church services this year all over the World...what do you plan to do on that day? Please do not make plans to turn your spaces or houses into a church and let people gather. The reason for the banning of people gathering is to prevent the spread of covid 19...be wise!

God's blessings and guidance to all those travelling today!

  1. THE GIFT OF ENCOURAGEMENT

‘If your gift is…to encourage, then give encouragement.’
    Romans 12:6, 8 NIV

Did you know that there’s such a thing as ‘the gift of encouragement’? There is! The Bible says, ‘We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is…to encourage, then give encouragement.’ And you don’t have to be talented or have a high IQ to demonstrate this gift. Every day you meet people in need of encouragement. They may not show it on the surface, but underneath they’re struggling to keep their head above water. Some of them are at the point of despair, and your words can lift them. Even a smile can do it. Job said, ‘When they were discouraged, I smiled at them. My look of approval was precious to them’ (Job 29:24 NLT). Solomon said, ‘Anxiety in the heart of man causes depression, but a good word makes it glad’ (Proverbs 12:25 NKJV). Don’t assume because people exhibit the trappings of status and success, that they don’t need encouragement. David was a best-selling author whose psalms are still read around the world. He was Israel’s most popular king. His victories in battle are the envy of every military academy strategist. But he had days when he felt so low that he was reaching up to touch the bottom: ‘I am on the verge of collapse, facing constant pain’ (Psalm 38:17 NLT). It’s not just average people who need encouragement – best-selling authors, kings, and generals need it too. Everybody does! And that’s good, because when you have the gift of encouragement you will never be without a job. So today be sensitive to God’s leading, and when He prompts you to encourage someone – do it!

  2. Express His Nature!!
    Ephesians 4:23-24.

    Excerpts!!

"In every matter, in every place, at every opportunity, let His righteousness be expressed through you"

"You’re His expression and extension to your world"

"Only through you can He show forth His goodness, grace, wisdom and excellence to the world"

    Today's Confession!!

I give expression to the life of Christ and His nature of righteousness in me. I’m His extension in the world today, manifesting His glory, majesty, dominion, wisdom and strength. Through me, He establishes His righteousness and love in the earth and in the hearts of men. His righteousness continually reigns through me, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

  4. Psalm 121:1-8
God will guard and protect you

Where is the first place you look when you are in trouble or don’t know what to do? Do you look to friends, family or the medical profession? There is nothing wrong in looking for help in all these directions. But the first place the psalmist looks is upwards.

Regret looks back. Fear looks around. Worry looks in. Faith looks up.

The psalmist looks up, ‘I lift up my eyes to the hills – where does my help come from?’ (v.1). Your help, strength and protection come from the maker of the universe: ‘My strength comes from God, who made heaven, and earth, and mountains’ (v.2, MSG). ‘He will not let your foot slip – he who watches over you will not slumber’ (v.3).

This beautiful psalm speaks of the Lord’s love for you and his protection over your life.

    ‘God’s your Guardian,
right at your side to protect you...
God guards you from every evil,
    he guards your very life.
He guards you when you leave and when you return,
he guards you now, he guards you always’ (vv.5–8, MSG).

I have sometimes used this psalm as a prayer for our family or friends who are facing difficulties in their lives.

The promise of this psalm is that the Lord will protect you from all ultimate harm. The psalmist could not have known that this is made possible through the ‘once for all’ sacrifice of Jesus, which means that one day he will come ‘to bring salvation for those who are waiting for him’ (Hebrews 9:28).

    Prayer:
Lord, thank you that you watch over me day and night. Thank you that you watch over my coming and going both now and for evermore.

My younger sister (and brother) uses size 40/41 and she has lots of beautiful shoes. So, don't worry, you would find beautiful shoes at the right place, some day.

  10. I got so many kind words, wishes and prayers few days back when I turned 35 so I thought to do a give back on habits anyone can start applying to stay youthful

My agelessness hacks will be in no particular order I'll just say how I care for myself at random as it flows while I write

One major habit I do not joke with is self care, self care for me include intense self love, a very strong self esteem, shifts from negative energy, guarding my mental/emotional health amongst others.

Exercise: I make it a point of duty to exercise at least 3 times a week, this doesn't have to be anything too strenuous, low-medium intensity exercise is just ok, just do not live a sedentary life style, if you are a beginner you also do not have to over work your muscle sets daily, once in two days is OK so your muscles can heal up after each rounds of exercise.

Water: I drink a lot of water, water helps in getting toxins out of our bodies,it aids skin glow, it aids digestion and absorption of useful food nutrients into our body for our benefits, it regulates our body temperature, the benefits are too numerous to mention.

Fruits/vegetables: they are the major sources of micro nutrients we need for overall well being. Eat fruits and vegetables as much as you can, once a certain fruit is in season it's very affordable eat as much of it as you possibly can. Carrots, avocado and oranges are my favorite fruits, oranges have a lot of vitamin C that is great for skin health, avocado is also great for skin and fantastic for normal blood pressure. If you are managing BP eat a lot of watermelon and avocado it's good for you.

Oils: there are so many bad oils out there, I take only safe heart friendly oils, I use soy oil and olive oil only for vegetable oil and my palm oil is always from my father's farm and when I can't get from that source I buy only from safe trusted vendors. Most of this bad vegetable oil contains transfat and cholesterol they are bad for your heart health.

Carbohydrates: this food class is good but should be eaten in moderation especially as we age, the timing for eating cabs should also be watched, cabs basically supplies energy, you shouldn't eat cabs to bed but during your active hours like lunch when you can expend the energy generated else the unused energy gets stored and build up later as fat.

Fibers: incorporate a lot of fibers into your diets like I do, it helps you feel full faster and aids digestion too.

Protein: generally very good, it helps replace worn out tissues in our bodies, your body actually needs more protein at my age than cabs so feed it so. Plant protein are great, I hate beans but I've deviced creative ways to make it as moi moi and beans sauce just because my body needs it. Most Fish contains good protein and omega 3 that is great for heart health, eat them.

Portion control is something I don't joke with, no need giving your body excess work during digestion when all your body needs per time is little, your body will only process all the excess and store if for you as weight especially if you do lots of cabs and fats.

I avoid alcohol like a plague, I also avoid carbonated drinks, junks and pastries. In place of this I make my zobo( 100% natural with zobo leaf, ginger, cloves and pineapple) tigernut juice, smoothies and natural fresh juice at home and keep in the fridge. I keep nuts like cashew, almonds and groundnut to snack on when I have cravings.

My skin care: this one I don't joke with, it's the ultimate after my supplements I'll rather not buy clothes just to ensure I have my organic skin care ranges like aloeshiled, avocado hand and body soap,my aloe toothgel, propolis cream, aloe moisturizing cream etc ask me about this if you want to learn more

Supplements: this is one element I don't compromis

  35. Good morning everyone..So this is the period where some persons wants to change job or careers and a lot of companies will be employing as this is the ''transfer window'' i.e December - January..Now please this is the time to put your best foot forward and be intentional about your application..Most people send their CVs without a cover letter and some don't put a body of their email when sending out their applications...Therefore I will share tips on how to write an application letter. Now there is difference between an application letter and cover letter..Tomorrow I will share for cover letter. An application letter and cover letter are two completely different things. A job application letter template is a letter that contains your intentions about the job, while a cover letter introduces the applicant and is usually submitted together with a resume or CV. Please when addressing the letter, don't use Dear Sir/Madam or To whom it be may concern instead use ''Dear Hiring Manager'' which is more appropriate. An application letter is a standalone document which you need to sell yourself, highlight your achievements , key qualifications and skills that makes you perfect for the job. Talk about how the company's goals with your professional goals and aspirations aligns.
    HERE ARE THE TIPS
Review information about the company and position
    Use a professional format
    Create the heading
Address the letter to the hiring manager
Open the letter by describing your interest
    Outline your experience and qualifications
    Include aspects of your personality
    Express appreciation
    Close the letter.

    All the best!

  38. Stella Some churches will still hold crossover service.
Like the one close to my house, the pastor announced that people should come by 9pm that they should not be scared of anything.
That's how they shake hands everyday there, the pastor said there is no Covid 19 so people should not be scared of shaking hands in church
