Traffic Offender Who Mistakenly Tipped A Policeman Off The Bridge Has Lost His Car To Lagos State Government

So who will the car belong to now?.. I dont think i am in support of taking his car. if that guy had not tipped over the Police, something may have exchanged hands and everyone will go there ways....

  1. They should give the car to the officer and free the offender, he will even be lucky if that's the only thing he has to sacrifice

  2. Stella, naa car be the problem abii him freedom.

Of course, they'll take the car. But with the situation of things, that really isn't important.

What wouldn't this man give to be free?

How many years will he serve for this offence?

Is there a possibility that he might be pardoned or granted bail?

When next will he see his loved ones or walk like a free man?

When everything changes just because of one silly mistake.

  4. I don't agree with you Stella. That guy would have killed the police officer. They should restrict him from driving for 10-20 years

    1. It was a mistake, he didn't do it intentionally

    2. And that mistakes could have taken a life of an innocent man on duty, he could be a father and husband in a household. An unavoidable mistake if he hasn't disobey the driving.

  5. Stella he took ONE WAY on a BRIDGE..who in their right mind does that? he cld have hit a bus conveying ppl and scores get killed.
In Sangotedo last year,my Aunties neighbours in a block of flats; they lost like 5kids in total. Atleast a child in each flat. A man was taking one way and hit does kids while they were jogging. That street dat day was in turmoil gosh...,even my Aunt.
I dont pity this guy one bit, bcos what he did dat day was the most callous thing you can do in driving. He deserves whatever he gets, smtimes u make a wrong turn and do 1way on a road. But dis was against traffic on a bloody bridge.

  7. Brother is in one deep shit. His owners should come be with him now as he'd be needing all the love, support and strength plus they should get him a good lawyer too. God be with him.

  8. But should the officer not be punished as well? Is that how to handle an arrest? Should they not be trained in safety? When u have an irate person trying to flee why stand behind his car??

  9. If he didn't break traffic rules, he won't be in this mess today. I don't know why we love to drive like mad people in Nigeria, everyone is always in a hurry.

  10. The other counts against him are reasonable, but attempted murder? Nah. I hope he can afford a really good lawyer that will get him out of that count. Attempted murder is taking the case to a whole new level.

  11. Kai, imagine if it's his side chick he was going to see, he go don hate the babe by now lol. They should charge him for attempted murder, car can be kept in police station as evidence till the case is done, but outright seizure is wrong, why is this sanwoolu so wicked sef, always seizing and auctiong people's cars.

  12. See what u people are supporting. In what sane country is this normal???

On a norm, the guy should be tried for his crime and they have no right to touch his car. None at all.

That being said, I have no pity for the said police guy. One by one, karma will start meeting all of u. Useless thieves

    1. Chai eka idikwa harsh.

The policeman was innocent in all these, we should not automatically condemn him to be part of the abhorrent officers that make lives miserable for citizens.

He might be a rare good one, even if he isn’t, omo he doesn’t deserve being almost killed.

It’s the foolish driver I have no pity for.

  13. He should be made to face the full wrath of the law. A life sentence is applicable. What if that man died? Rubbish

  14. He put all those traffic officers at risk and almost killed a police officer. Attempted murder charge is appropriate. Try this in America and attempted murder charge will be part of it.

    1. America doesn’t joke with their law enforcement personnel. Assaulting them alone would get you in deep trouble, speak less of murder or attempted murder.

    2. Wrong. The appropriate charge is Manslaughter since intent is absent. As intent is an element of attempted murder, that count will fail

  15. The man was wrong. What if the policeman died. Infact it was miracle he only broke an arm.

  16. If this was the other way you'll would have had some bad things to say about the police man, my guy please face whatever judgement your given

  17. People should always drive slowly and obey all tragic rules because by the time accidents happen, where you were rushing to will be insignificant.
