Nigerian Govt States What N2.2bn Stolen By Ex Gov Ibori Will Be Used For When Returned By The UK

 The UK is returning the money and the Nigerian government has already outlined what it will use the money for? Were they not going to complete the rail project before? 






Gosh the money has been re-looted and shared and it is yet to arrive....Hisss!!!!

  3. Buhari said Abacha never stole yet he kept receiving repatriated funds from Abacha loot.
    On the other hand, Ibori's funds were looted from Delta State and the money ought to go back there, but no, APC (Armored Personnel Carrier) and the thiefing government want the money for themselves. What am I even saying? The money that they have finished sharing before arriving 🙄
