  3. It will be of little effect and too late. There was much more binding us together before the civil war, Folks lived together and saw themselves more of Nigerians than now, yet there was pogrom.

It's too late. Let us go our separate ways and develop at our paces. If you want education, technology and human development, fine. If you want sharia, region and feudal way of life, good.

  4. The unhealthy obsession with genitals and intercourse in this country cuts across politics, religion, basic social interaction, economic interests and more. How can a common sense and political will problem be resolved by marriage? The overpopulation is not overwhelming enough, we now have to solve problems with problems. Each consecutive news emanating from offices of political power reaches an unimaginable low by the day... Gosh!

  7. Trying so hard to keep a failed country one. If you ask me, I will say it's pretty too late. Not even this can secure Nigerian unity.

  9. Why are they afraid of Nigeria breaking up?
Who really are those afraid of Nigeria breaking up?
    The poli-tricksters?
Yugoslavia broke up, the world did not end.
India, Pakistan, Bangladesh used to be one country, they broke up, the moon is still shinning
Zaire broke up into the different Congos, the earth is still revolving around the run
Sudan broke up the other day; amicably, babies still suck boobies.
Germany broke up into East and West and eventually reunited -the sun still rises from the east.
Soviet Union broke up to smithereens, weddings are still going on

Again, who are those benefiting from this contraption called Nigeria?
Oh, looks like I know the answer.
They are those that once they hear "Nigeria will break up," they begin to piss and poop
on their trousers and babariga and to encourage "inter-bribery" marriages!
    😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😝

  12. This is where the government lost it totally. First there was never a ban or restriction on inter religious and inter tribal marriage in Nigeria which makes this recommendation useless.

Again, inter tribal or inter religious marriage wont stop insecurity in the country neither will it stop the country from breaking up.... only government polices will.

As a government, you make anti people's policies, kill the youth and leave them with nothing, appoint people without the necessary training and qualifications into agencies and jobs on religious, tribal and regional sentiment, isolate a particular region because of your insecurities, appoint religious bigots in position of leadership, shift all major projects to one region, claim false majority, see members of other religions as infidel, allow corruption to thrive while friends and religious partners are shielded, create division among Nigerians... I can go on and on... And you want inter marriage between religion and tribe to solve what you were elected, paid and trusted to do? How did Nigerian come about with such clueless leaders. With this myopic mindset, Nigerian will not go anywhere. Leaders who dont know the constitution, dont know the challenges facing the country, dont know their community too well, dont know why they are in office and think Nigerians are stupid.

    1. They have purposely refused to address the main issue and are talking mediocrity. They should balance the government and zone presidency between the six geo-political zones and allow inclusiveness in government. That will give every body a sense of belonging. But if they keep diverting attention the way they are doing just hold power and misappropriate funds, then there's problem! When you keep marginalizing a group of people, forcing them to be under your directionless leadership year after year, and you expect them to keep quiet, then you are a fool, because even a new born baby cries when they are uncomfortable.

  16. Southerns were married to Northerners, when an ordinary coup caused people to kill themselves, just as hutus were married to tutsis in rwanda, husband butchered Wives, some butchered their own brother for associating with the "enemy". If a break up is obvious, Why not make it peaceful, at least can still smile as step brothers, rather than continue to frown as enemies in one house

  21. How do these supposed "LEADERS" think they sound to the international committee?

    Such a pedestrian reasoning!🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

With all the viable options - constitutional review, restructuring to true federating units, meritocracy, cutting cost of governance, digital voting, autonomy and strengthening of insitutions etc.

  22. Is this the only thing they could come up with??
