I had tried making akara several times but not getting it right.
DeleteThe shape always comes out like omelette once it drops inside oil.
Too much water inside it. Blend your beans without water,rikk on the mortar for 15mins,then mix and fry.

We marinated a lot of things last night, frying starts at 9am.
Then moimoi and okpa are inclusive, with mugcups though, we couldn't get green native leaves yesterday.
The sharwama looks tasty, but no matter how u package sharwama give me I no eat, ever since I tasted one owerri made sharwama I con dislike that snack with passion.
