  1. Yomi Fabiyi, you are heading somewhere and may trailer not jam you before you get there. So the event of 7 years ago has no proof but the proof they now got to you is endangering to the child according to you. If you are concerned about this child at all, you would have shut up your mouth by now. Please, any parent whose child was molested by Yomi should speak up so that he can be jailed alongside Baba Ijesha, they need to be cell mates so they can continue sticking together.

    2. He needs camera planted deep in the girl's vagina to show him evidence.

    3. Even Yomi's sign out is pathethic...Stand for what is right! What is not right about a beast caught on charges of sexual assault. Baba Ijesha himself admitted and pleaded, his body language to date speaks louder than words, so why are you crying louder than the bereaved. For once, not once has he(Yomi)shown empathy or remorse for the victim nor her plight, a child of 14years old? Even grown adult women still feel the trauma of sexual assault, see Lupita N'yongo and other victims of Harvey Weinstein, mature confident women in their own right! Does Baba Ijesha's body language in that clip not show you how comfortable he is in that role? That is a serial offender right there. Even if it was a set up, why was he looking into rooms guiltily, the animal, see how comfortable he was licking the child, pervert! Yomi, you are an unfortunate rape apologist, and do not sleep easy, you will reap the fruits therein. Demon.

  2. The court works with evidence, not emotional outcry, from the video, he didnt apply pressure, the girl gave herself up, and he stupidly fell for the bait, but it's not enough to arrest him

    1. It is enough to arrest him because a 14 year old is a minor and unable to consent to sex. Even if she out rightly asked him for sex, he should still be arrested for sleeping with a minor. Yes, I am a lawyer.

    2. Lolz @its not enough to arrest him.
If any under 18 individual offers you sex and seduce you sef you are not supposed to fall for the bait.
They are assumed not to be able to make decisions or think for themselves. MINOR MINOR MINOR

And what is Yomi Fabiyi saying up there that he didn't have sex with her?Does sexual assault means anything to him?

    3. If this minor involved in this case happened to be yomi's biological child, would he be saying all these? This man has no sense atall.

    4. Guarantor òfo, granting stupid interviews yesterday with another tout claiming to live with Ijesha for years without being molested by him. If he found guilty in court aside the public court that knows he guilty he should be jailed.

  4. Yomi Fabiyi should stop all these already. The DPP (Director of Public Prosecution) is the official at the Ministry of Justice on whose advice government either prosecutes or withdraw a case.

The police ALWAYS seeks the DPP's advice for every state's crimes either the police is prosecuting or the MoJ.

At this stage Yomi Fabiyi should help Ijesha get a good defence attorney. He could face penal sanctions for trying to undermine judicial process if he doesn't stop with all these jangbajantis already.

    1. Imagine him saying it's a set up, did they push baba ijesha into it? If there was no video evidence, same people would be shouting they want his downfall. These men have no human sympathy, but would go all out to protect their own children.

  8. This guy doesn't know when to keep quiet. He just wants to prove against all odds that he is right.

How can a man ask a seven yea old girl to sit on his naked laps and rubs his penis on her naked vagina and you say that is not defilement? This man is definitely crazy indeed. I am sure you have done worst before that is why your deprived brain does not know this is wrong.

May God punish you and all child molesters and rape apologists that justifies this act by saying he didn't penetrate the girl, a seven year old girl! GOD PUNISH YOU ALL.

  10. Mr Fabiyi, you are an absolute disgrace. Sebi your feiend was granted bail over a month ago, why didnt you see to his bail conditions? I thought sense had finallt happened to you but alas, you are incurable. The DPP will do their work and you will shut up while they do it.

In a sane state, no one should be willing to qork with you for this mindset you have. Guarantor Isonu.

  11. While I appreciate loyalty in friendship, there are certain actions carried out by a friend that any loyal friend who has any semblance of a moral compass, may decide to still be loyal and lend support, but shouldn't be this vocal. You can stand by your friend by being there for him/her without expressly defending said action or actions. Trying to defend the indefensible is the very antithesis of logic. You can never have a superior argument with a warped mindset.

Commenting on sex related offences is like skating on razor edge for me because I have seen ,first hand, how volatile such allegations can be.  That notwithstanding, I can't help but wonder what the author of this flaccid and ignorant comment is on about. Mr. Yomi, why not leave the legalise and criminal procedure of this case to those with the legal mind? What is pertinent here, and shockingly being glazed over, is why on earth should an adult male be seen in such a pervy manner with an underage girl, entrapment or no entrapment?

True, according to the criminal code, penetration is an essential ingredient of rape, however sexual assault of any kind, worse of on an underage girl is also a criminal offence. It's quite sad, to be honest, how Mr. Yomi's one man campaign seems to trivialise the gravity of such a disgusting act. It's like saying a thief should not be prosecuted or be shown leniency because he entered the house using a key rather than breaking in through the window.

I have my reservations about the manner in which the documentary evidence was obtained, but it's left for the court to determine its admissibility or the weight to be attached. However, the defendant surely has a case to answer, at this point. Just because the police carried out the investigation doesn't mean the matter must be prosecuted at the magistrates' court. The office of the director of public prosecutions can take a look at the case file and decide to amend the charges to those exclusively within the jurisdiction of the high court. It is rather precipitous of Mr. Fabiyi to rant. Sit back and observe for now. After all, his bestie wouldn't be in this situation if he exercised self control and temperance.

  12. All I ask for as a push present is a gun. I'm going to shoot any motherf**ker that dares come close to sexually or otherwise abuse any child of mine.
The two years present of all my kids will be a martial art class registration.

  13. ...Furthermore, just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, so God gave them over to a depraved mind, so that they do what ought not to be done.

Yomi and Baba Ijesha is a perfect example of this. If you reject God, you open up your mind for depravity and obscenities. They better repent.
