    4. This country has to be restructured into regions, such that there is decentralisation of governance from the center. That way each region will develop and be more self reliant. Of course there would be growing pains, but in the long run, more developed regions will lead to a better country. This is the kind of. restructuring that would be helpful.

  4. Not a good business decision in my opinion. Las las, it will still come in through smuggling by northerners.

Who is going to monitor trucks meant for other places that divert to South East? National borders are porous how much more state boarders.

  12. The easterners hijacked trucks of onions n carted them away last week. Peoples investment will be lost cos they now hijack trucks bringing in produce to d region. The safety of the drivers and investments needs to be safe. My order was among the ones hijacked, I had 20 bags, all gone, now I have to refund monies of those retailers I supply to. Its not fair but what can we do?

  14. They will count loses, all the onions they produce will be wasted if they can't sell all. We will eat our ofe onugbu, ofe nsala, ofe owerri, ofe oha, ofe achara with eba. Because of my husband's health (high cholesterol), we've reduced fry fry, so onions can wait. I will not miss it. Our stew ofe akwu will do. We Igbos don't use onions in our major local dishes, it is a borrowed culture. And I prefer to eat our local dishes as against too much fry fry.
