    Stella pls try to verify a lil before posting this kinda news. It hasn't even been deliberated upon so it isn't even an official topic yet on there stables. It's because of rumours lile this that made them address this issue yesterday on there site. It takess a lot before a rule like this can be put into act, a lot of deliberations and consensus.

    Then after FIFA finishes with their own deliberations and consensus, if the decision is in favor of the new rule, it would then to communicated to IFAB which would then have to carry out their own deliberations and consensus after several sittings.

    But for now this news isn't even an official topic yet let alone being considered or put into act.
