ReplyDeleteWhy would they upgrade when the intention is to waste and deceive. In all the energy, time, resources, pain, inconvenience and even death in some cases for folks that had to travel to other locations to do NIN, yet kidnapping is on the increase, banditry is on the up side, terrorism is now a way of life in some places yet, those that commit these crimes could be tracked and apprehended.
