First thing I aw when I googled the school was this institution is not eligible to provide awards.
Because I dont know any foreign institution that will wait till your birthday to award you.
They have fixed times in the year to award people and very strict screening.
Na Nigerian baru baru schools dey do that one.
As for the other school...no words.
I wish both of them the best.
The Country na confirm primary school. They are not qualified to run as a Country let alone a university.

People from the so called giant of Africa, getting honoured by a smaller country's university. Shior. Wetin dem gain? Paper.
