      Not in all cases honey.
      I know of someone that has nothing in his bank , finds it difficult to have a long night rest...
      Sleep ,pray,read,work n so much more daily...

    My elder Sis is guilty of fact 2..she hardly sleeps..even when she does it won't be more than 1hr..she's also a light sleeper!

    Fact 2 is so true, my ex boyfriend can totally operate on 1 hour sleep a day, especially when he is under pressure to meet a deadline or exams. As for me, I don't play with my sleep at all.
